    Convenient.

    I have stayed here before (back when it was at the old station), and compared to then, the direct connection to Amu Plaza has made it much more convenient. Being able to go straight from the Hotel elevator to Amu Plaza’s dining area was extremely helpful. When I visit Nagasaki again, I would like to stay here again.

    This Hotel is convenient and comfortable.

    Thank you very much for your help again. We were delighted by the unexpected upgrade, which made our trip even more comfortable. Thank you. The location is excellent, making sightseeing, shopping, dining, and getting to Nagasaki Airport all smooth and easy. It’s so convenient that I would also recommend it to older guests. One point to note: during a Multiple Night Stay, bed-making and cleaning for your Room require contacting the front desk within the designated hours. Please be aware of this. Towels and slippers will be replaced even without contacting them.

    The staff were wonderful and provided excellent service.

    My husband wasn’t feeling well at check-in, and you responded promptly, which was very helpful. Everyone greeted us warmly, and the staff were very pleasant. The Hotel is close to the station, and there is also a supermarket in the same building as the Hotel, which was very convenient. We stayed with our 1-year-and-10-month-old child and had no particular issues; we were able to spend our time comfortably. Thank you very much.

    Although it’s close to the station, the location can be a bit hard to find. You’ll need an umbrella on rainy days.

    Although it is directly connected to Nagasaki Station, it is in a hard-to-find location, and the entrance is on the outside of the station building. It was raining, so I got wet. The Room was spacious and clean for the price. Breakfast was also very delicious. I recommend it if you are staying in Nagasaki.

    It was comfortable.

    I stayed for an event at Dejima Messe, right near Nagasaki Station. The Hotel, station, and venue were very close, making it extremely convenient. The Room was compact yet functional. I would love to stay here again when visiting Nagasaki.

    Hotel offering convenient and delicious breakfast

    The stay with children was very comfortable, as the amenities were sufficient. Breakfast was served in a style where guests could use a general restaurant, offering both Japanese and Western main dishes as well as buffet options, all of which were delicious and provided plenty of energy. It was also helpful that breakfast service started at 6:30 AM. Even our child, who is usually quite honest with their opinions, said they would like to stay here again, making it a great option for family stays. Thank you!

    We had the pleasure of staying at your Hotel during a trip with five people in their 70s. The Hotel's convenient location, directly connected to Nagasaki Station, was perfect for our Shinkansen journey. The staff kindly provided us, who were unfamiliar with Nagasaki, with detailed information about local sightseeing spots, dining options, and pamphlets. Thanks to their assistance, we were able to fully enjoy local attractions and specialty cuisine. It was a highly satisfying trip to Nagasaki. Thank you very much!

    Directly connected to Nagasaki Station for your convenience.

    Conveniently connected to Nagasaki Station. You can access it either through AMU Plaza or the external elevator, which was very convenient. Since Nagasaki Station has been newly renovated and expanded, I got a bit lost at first, but once you figure it out, it's easy to navigate. The room's air conditioner was already on in response to the heat, making it very comfortable.

    Very satisfied

    Stayed for two nights and three days with friends, No Meals Included. Conveniently located near the station, and the staff provided excellent service, including holding our luggage before check-in. The room was clean and satisfactory, and I would love to stay here again when visiting Nagasaki. There was a face mask service for women, but unfortunately, it lacked moisture. That was the only disappointment. Thank you for your hospitality!

    It was a very good Hotel, but...

    Great location, excellent service, and a very nice Room. However, the only downside was the shower curtain in the Room's bathroom! The moment I entered the bathroom, it smelled like a locker room from my school days! This smell was the only negative point; everything else about this Hotel was perfect.

    Highly Satisfied

    I used this place for my first solo trip. It is directly connected to the station and close to Amu Plaza, allowing me to have a fulfilling day. I would definitely like to use it again next time.

    Accommodation for Reunion

    I booked the accommodation near the station as I had to return on the first train the next day for a sudden reunion. The price was reasonable, and the room was great. They also stored my refrigerated items, which was very helpful. It was a highly satisfying and fulfilling stay. It's great that you can reach the hotel from Nagasaki Station without getting wet.

    Convenient location

    The location was convenient, so I stayed here. However, when I arrived by car, I found that the parking fee had increased from 1,300 yen to 2,000 yen without any prior notice or update on the IKYU.com site. When I checked other sites, it was indeed updated there. If I had known this earlier, I would have parked at a cheaper place nearby. The Facility itself is clean and nice though.

    The location is excellent, with JR and tram stations right in front and easy access to buses. The Facility is slightly dated, and amenities are self-service from the counter near the front desk, giving it a business hotel vibe. The breakfast venue is located in one of the dining areas within the same building but requires a short walk that might be confusing. It offers a light buffet with Japanese and Western options, which is tasty but may feel somewhat lacking in variety. Considering the location, it provides a well-balanced and sufficient experience overall. However, I expected something more luxurious, so it felt slightly underwhelming.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    Conveniently located near the station with many dining options inside the station building. However, accessing the Hotel from the parking lot of the station's commercial building was confusing (we had to ask several people for directions). We booked a reservation with breakfast included, so we were unaware that breakfast costs 2,000 yen and parking (until 1 PM the next day) also costs 2,000 yen—this was surprising. The breakfast was tasty but lacked a luxurious feel considering its price. Despite being close to the station, it was a quiet place to rest.
