    Improve our Facilities and customer service.

    The toilet seat in the room was hot even though it was summer, and I couldn’t change the setting, which was inconvenient. I also felt uncomfortable because a foreign female staff member at the front desk counter kept touching her hair unnecessarily.

    This was my first time staying for a Multiple Night Stay. The front desk staff were pleasant and made me feel at ease. The location is very convenient for getting around for both business and sightseeing, and it was helpful that there are many convenience stores and restaurants between the station and the Hotel, as well as nearby. The Room was clean, and the amenities included all the essentials, so I was able to stay comfortably. I also appreciated having green tea bags provided, which was nice for taking a break in the Room. If I had to be picky, I would have been even happier if there were other tea options or coffee as well. Overall, I was very satisfied with the location and price this time, so I would like to stay again.

    Conveniently located and easy to find from the Hibiya Line, the Hotel is surrounded by a variety of restaurants. If you are staying along the Hibiya Line, this Hotel is a great option.

    Conveniently located near Tokyo Station.

    Since I was planning to catch the first train the next morning, the location—just over a 10-minute walk away—was ideal. The building is old, but everything except the elevator had been nicely renovated. For my Multiple Night Stay, I declined housekeeping, but they provided fresh towels. It was disappointing that no sleepwear was provided. The only real downside was a faint sewer smell in the bathroom. Check-in and check-out are done via a touch panel, so there is very little staff interaction. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

    Ladies, please don’t forget your skincare essentials!

    Most Business Hotels I’ve stayed at recently provided basic amenities essential for women, such as makeup remover and toner, but this Hotel has none at all—please be aware. Unfortunately, this time I forgot my entire skincare pouch and panicked. You pick up what you need in front of the elevator before going to your Room, but it seemed they only had items like a hairbrush, toothbrush, body wash towel, cotton swabs, and tea bags. I ended up buying what I needed at the Seven-Eleven next door.

    Perfect for business trips

    I had business on the Hibiya Line, so I chose this place because it’s close to the station. The directions often said “X minutes to …,” but they didn’t specify which exit to use, so I was a bit confused at first and relied on smartphone navigation. It’s almost a straight walk from the station and easy to find, and with so many restaurants along the way, it’s an enjoyable route. Next door to the Hotel is a stylish Sichuan restaurant. There were introductions to various dining options inside the Hotel, but that one wasn’t listed, which was disappointing—though I may have missed it. Check-in is done by machine, but a cheerful foreign staff member guided me clearly and energetically with a smile. Their Japanese was excellent—perhaps thanks to good training at the Hotel. The amenities are a little hard to find; they’re next to the elevator. However, they seemed more geared toward men, so if you need women’s items like cleansing oil or toner, it’s better to pick them up at the convenience store nearby. FamilyMart and 7-Eleven are both very close. The Room had an average Business Hotel unit bath. There was one face towel and one bath towel provided. There are foot massagers and irons in the elevator hall, which is convenient for business stays. Breakfast (which I was looking forward to) had plenty of variety. Since this is Nishitetsu, there were Kyushu items such as mentaiko (spicy cod roe). There was also curry, though I didn’t try it so I can’t comment on how spicy it is. Personally, I was happy they had Calpis—I hadn’t had it in a while, and it was delicious. There were also quite a few types of tea. The food was tasty overall, but there are many restaurants around as well. All in all, this seems like a great place for a business stay while enjoying nearby dining options.

    Affordable pricing is our main advantage.

    When I arrived around 8:45, there were three staff members at the front desk, but there were no greetings at all such as “Welcome” or “Good evening.” Many Business Hotels these days try to provide good service, but this place seems different. As with my previous stay, there was no explanation about the amenities. In the Hotel’s reply to my previous Review, it said, “We sincerely apologize for not being considerate in our customer service and for making you feel uncomfortable. All staff take this seriously, and we will pay even closer attention and work to improve going forward,” but… I appreciated being on the 4th floor where the vending machine room is located. The only advantage is the low price.

    Great location, comfortable stay, and excellent value for money!

    Direct access from Haneda Airport, with the Asakusa Line, Hibiya Line, Ginza Line, and Hanzomon Line all within walking distance, and conveniently close to the Nihonbashi area. The rooms are well cleaned and comfortable. The staff were kind, so I felt at ease during my stay. A reliable Hotel with great value for money.

    It’s sad that the welcome drink has been discontinued.

    It seems the welcome drink at the front desk will end in late March 2026, which is disappointing. The cold water after check-in is great, though. Until just before 9:00 PM at night, there were noisy people drinking nearby or hanging out on the street, and it was loud. It’s not the Hotel’s fault, but...

    It was comfortable.

    Housekeeping was provided every other day, but they gave us extra towels, and the Room was clean and comfortable. The only disappointing thing was that the staff seemed annoyed when we asked to store our luggage after check-out.

    A reasonably priced Hotel just a 3-minute walk from Ningyocho Station

    I believe this was my first stay in about six years. Ningyocho Station offers direct access to Haneda Airport, and it is also convenient for getting around Tokyo. Nishitetsu Inn is a long-established Hotel chain from Kyushu, and I felt comfortable staying at the Nihonbashi location.

    Convenient location

    Close to Ningyocho. It’s a lively area, but quieter than expected. The Room is spacious, so you can stay comfortably. A recommended Hotel.

    Just steps from Ningyocho Station. The area is relatively quiet, yet there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it ideal for business trips. The staff are also friendly and helpful.

    The Room is clean.

    Although the building is older, so the air conditioning may not cool as well and you may notice some noise from the plumbing, the room is kept very clean. We were happy to be able to stay one night in Nihonbashi at this price.

    This is my favorite Hotel.

    It was a wonderful Hotel. The front desk staff always greeted me with a smile, saying “Have a nice day” and “Welcome back,” which made my stay very pleasant and showed the Hotel’s strong commitment to hospitality. The guest Room was spacious, and I could even see the Tokyo Skytree (depending on the Room type). It was clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. It’s a Hotel I would like to stay at again in the future.

    Everything is close by.

    This was my first stay. I saw in a Review that there was no explanation about the welcome drink, and indeed nothing was mentioned at check-in. I noticed something near the entrance, but you have to get off the elevator and walk all the way to the entrance area to find the coffee machine. Since you also have to pass in front of the front desk, it felt a bit awkward to go over there, so I didn’t use it this time. I thought it would be better placed somewhere easier to access—for example, right after getting off the elevator. That area currently had amenities, so I wished they would put the coffee machine there instead. The convenience store is extremely close, which was very helpful. As for towels, I would have liked a hand towel as well. The front desk staff gave me a rather matter-of-fact impression, but since it’s a reasonably priced Hotel, maybe that’s to be expected. It’s close to the station and there’s also a convenience store nearby, and I had no unpleasant experiences during my stay, so I’d like to use it again.

    Great location and easy access—I’d love to stay here again.

    Getting around from the Hotel near Tokyo Disneyland, and traveling to our destinations, was all very convenient. Luggage storage before check-in and after check-out was also smooth using the lockers. The Room was spacious, and I would like to stay again.

    Thank you for taking care of us for four nights. We could see the Tokyo Skytree from our Room, and had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was also delicious. It was very convenient: direct access from Ningyocho to Haneda Airport, direct access to Ueno where we had plans this time, and only a 4–5 minute walk to the station. Thank you very much.

    When on sale, it offers excellent value for money.

    This was my second stay. It’s a great Hotel where you can stay in Tokyo at a very low price, but only during sales. The room was clean, and I had no particular complaints for a Business Hotel. There was an air purifier, housekeeping was thorough, and I could stay comfortably. You can hear some noise from the hallway as expected, but otherwise it was quiet, and I didn’t need earplugs to sleep. The location is also good—it's about a four-traffic-light walk from the station, but still convenient. Having a convenience store next door is also helpful. Some people may be concerned about the self check-in machines, but the staff gently guide you from behind the counter, so I think you can use them without any trouble. One downside is that sale days are quite limited, which makes it hard to use for a Multiple Night Stay. When it’s not on sale, considering the price, other Hotels often have better locations and so on—so while it’s understandable, it’s still disappointing. That said, I feel they provide rooms with the quality expected of a Business Hotel. I’d definitely like to stay again if I have the chance.

    A budget-friendly Business Hotel

    I used this Hotel for a business trip. With Tokyo’s Hotel rates soaring, even with an IKYU.com discount, being able to stay for under 10,000 yen is extremely valuable for business travelers. The location is also excellent—it's about a 5-minute walk along the road from Ningyocho Station Exit A5, so access is very convenient. Check-in and check-out are basically self-service. It was a single Room, but it felt spacious. There were outlets placed where the air purifier and electric kettle were located, so I didn’t need to move them around, which made it very easy to use. However, I was disappointed that there was a fairly strong odor in the 3-piece unit bathroom (bath/toilet/sink), and I had no choice but to avoid taking a bath. If housekeeping notices this during cleaning and adds something like deodorizing spray or an air freshener, I think guests would be able to use it more comfortably. Next time, I hope to stay at an even more improved Nishitetsu Inn Nihonbashi.

    Within walking distance from Tokyo Station if you don’t mind walking.

    The price was reasonable and the location was convenient from Tokyo Station, so I chose to stay here. The Room was clean and comfortable. There wasn’t any single standout feature, but as a Business Hotel that offers cleanliness and courteous service, it was more than sufficient. As a fan of Kyushu, I’d like to support them and will stay again.

    Recommended breakfast buffet

    I was looking for a Hotel close to the station, with easy access to Ueno, and breakfast included. There is no large public bath, but it was more than enough for sleeping, and above all the breakfast was delicious—chicken rice, curry, and a daily hot pot dish. The steamed vegetables and salads were also plentiful and great. I would like to stay here again when I visit Tokyo.

    Affordable

    I made a Reservation because it was very reasonably priced. The staff were kind and helpful, and I was satisfied with the location, but it was disappointing that the heating could not be adjusted in the Room. Since I knew this in advance, thank you for providing a blanket.

    I had a very comfortable stay. I was also happy that there was a welcome drink. The Hotel staff were very courteous, the Room was clean, and it’s close to the station—excellent value for money! I’d like to stay here again when I visit Tokyo.

    The bathroom doorkno...

    The bathroom doorknob in the assigned Room was loose, and the water tank attachment on the air purifier with humidifier was close to breaking, which made the Hotel feel a bit dated. I added meals for an additional 1,800 yen, and they were delicious. If you have plans nearby, it’s worth considering.
