    Directly connected to the station, and the Room was spacious and comfortable.

    I knew it was directly connected to the station, but I was a bit worried because there’s no parking. However, there was an available parking lot about a 1-minute walk away, so it worked out fine. Everyone at the front desk was pleasant—they recommended a ReFa hair dryer and offered complimentary coffee, and I really appreciated those small, thoughtful gestures. It didn’t feel brand-new, but it was clean enough. Since the non-smoking rooms were fully booked, I stayed in a smoking room, but the smell bothered me much less than expected. In the morning, when I opened the curtains, the ocean-side view was beautiful and refreshing. I’d like to stay here again.

    I stayed here to vis...

    I stayed here to visit Ise Jingu. The location is about halfway between Nagoya and Ise Jingu, making it more convenient than traveling directly from Nagoya to Ise. The Facility felt a bit dated, but it was well-cleaned and comfortable. Being right next to Tsu Station was also a great advantage. All the staff, including those at the front desk, were very friendly and welcoming, which made me happy. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes and was very delicious.

    I stayed for one nig...

    I stayed for one night on my way back from visiting Tsubaki Grand Shrine for a purification ritual. The hospitality, the meals included with the stay, and the cleanliness of the Room were excellent, even though it wasn't the most modern. I was able to relax and rest my tired body. Although there was no on-site parking, they kindly guided me to an affordable nearby parking lot, which made everything very convenient. I was also moved by the sunrise over the sea from my Room. It turned out to be a wonderful 60th birthday purification trip. Thank you very much!

    The twin room was used for single occupancy, providing plenty of space.

    The previous Room I stayed in only had a desk and chair besides the bed, making it hard to relax, so I opted for a twin Room with a sofa and tea table for single use. This made the Room spacious, but since there are no additional Facilities like a bar, lounge, or spa, it might feel lacking for non-business stays. Breakfast included some locally sourced specialties and dishes prepared with extra care in the Hotel kitchen, which showed effort. However, as someone who always eats bread in the morning, the quality of bread was slightly disappointing and having only margarine instead of butter was a significant downside.

    The meals are delicious, but

    The room is spacious and well-lit. Cleaning for a Multiple Night Stay showed some inconsistency, as yesterday there were noticeable misses, but today it was cleaned thoroughly, likely depending on the staff. For dinner, I had Matsusaka beef sukiyaki hot pot and a tuna sashimi set. The food itself was delicious, but the tea served was unpleasant. The chopsticks provided were dishwasher-friendly ones that seemed to disregard guest preferences. Improving basic aspects such as serving tea with slightly more mid-grade leaves handled carefully and respecting Japanese chopstick culture could significantly enhance the experience. The breakfast buffet is tasty with slight daily variations.

    Thorough cleaning provided.

    The room is spacious with sufficient lighting. However, the bathroom area is small, and the amenity shelf is narrow, making it easy for the hairdryer to fall. During a Multiple Night Stay, cleaning issues were noticeable, such as missing replacements for the tea set and slippers. For dinner, I enjoyed the Mie Gourmet Set Meal. Both the steak and spiny lobster were delicious; however, instead of disposable chopsticks, only basic reusable ones suitable for dishwashers were provided. Considering how good the food was, it was disappointing to see a lack of understanding of Japanese dining culture. The breakfast buffet featured live cooking stations for French toast and pancakes. It was delightful to enjoy freshly made French toast and pancakes that are hard to find elsewhere.

    The room size and lighting are satisfactory. However, the security for the elevator to the accommodation zone is lax, allowing anyone to access floors they are not staying on. Additionally, upgrading the quality of the provided towels would greatly enhance satisfaction. The water area is somewhat narrow. I had both breakfast and dinner during my stay. The dinner menu was decent, and the taste was good. However, I found it inconvenient that disposable chopsticks were replaced with dishwasher-safe but low-quality ones, showing a lack of understanding of Japan's traditional disposable chopstick culture for Japanese cuisine. It was also puzzling that there was no tempura dipping sauce provided with tempura dishes.

    Conveniently located near the station

    Conveniently located near the station with restaurants and drugstores nearby, it felt safe and comfortable even for a solo female traveler. While the Room and Facility showed some age, it was not an issue as I only needed a place to sleep. However, there were unpleasant details such as hair stuck on the bathroom wall and a strand of hair found between the toothbrush bag and razor bag, which made me wonder if proper checks were conducted after the previous guest's stay. As I will be visiting Tsu regularly in the future, I would like to use this accommodation again but hope for improvements.

    Convenient and comfortable.

    Directly connected to the station, no need to worry about the weather. The Room was comfortable. Unfortunately, I could hear a baby crying in the neighboring room, which was a bit distracting. The staff's service was excellent.

    The location and breakfast are both excellent!!

    I used this hotel for sightseeing in Mie. The hotel is directly connected to Tsu Station, making it easy to travel to tourist spots like Ise Jingu and Toba Aquarium by train and bus. There is a car rental company in front of the station, so on the second day, we went to Vison and Mediterranean Village by car. The reception staff are all cheerful and bright, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast offers a wide variety, with a daily changing menu, and everything is delicious!!
