  As always, it’s reliably comfortable.

  It was conveniently located relatively close to Kokura Station, with a convenience store nearby. The Room was also clean. Breakfast was at 6:30, and since I checked out before 7:00, I couldn’t use it, which was disappointing. If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay again.

  Cleaning

  When I took a bath, I noticed a buildup of dust behind the toilet. This couldn’t have accumulated in just one day, so I hope you can improve the cleaning there. Everything else, including the service, was good, though.

  After using the ferry.

  Arrived about 30 minutes after disembarking the ferry at Shinmoji Port. The exterior was under construction, making the entrance hard to find, and the front desk was located on the second floor. The parking lot was full, and while they suggested other parking options, I ultimately had to find one myself, which felt a bit inconvenient. However, during check-in, when I struggled with operating the machine due to inexperience, the staff kindly and patiently assisted me with a smile, which completely eased my earlier frustrations. It would have been nice if shower caps were provided among the amenities.

  The breakfast is excellent.

  This was my first time using this service, and I was amazed by the high quality of the complimentary breakfast. Both Japanese and Western options were plentiful and impressive. They even had salad and yogurt. This alone makes me want to stay here again!

  The front desk staff...

  The front desk staff was very kind. I lost my wallet at Shirakawa Botanical Garden, and the front desk staff called the garden staff for me. My wallet was found, and I am very grateful to her.

  It was a cost-effective Hotel!

  Close to the station, the Room was clean, and the free breakfast offered a wide variety. I worked in Hakata and stayed in Kokura, but considering the cost-performance ratio, choosing this Hotel was a great decision! Just one point: it would be nice if you could increase the portion size of your signature breakfast dish, "Kashiwa-meshi." (I understand it's challenging with rising rice prices...)

  Unfortunately

  It is unacceptable to miscalculate the Hotel tax. Even after overcharging, it seems no one noticed until someone pointed it out. As a guest, this leaves a bad impression. Even with an apology, such mistakes indicate a lack of training among employees. The company should ensure proper education and attention to detail. This stay was truly disappointing.

  Ideal for business use

  Close to the bustling downtown and shopping streets of Kokura, yet very quiet at night, allowing for a restful sleep. This time, it was a year-end party with a client, and it was convenient to the venue and the second party location. It was only a few minutes' distance to JR Kokura Station on the way back, making it an ideal location for those over sixty who are not fond of walking. Oh, the Facility was also clean! It was slightly old, but OK.
