    A Business Hotel Where You Can Enjoy Local Cuisine

    The quality of the Hotel is good, comparable to other Comfort Hotels. For breakfast, I enjoyed the local dish Torigobo (chicken and burdock). Breakfast times are assigned by ticket, so I appreciated being able to eat quietly. The day after my stay, I headed out to sightsee in Hagi. The bus terminal is nearby, which is very convenient.

    I stayed here on a business trip.

    We drove there and were worried about parking, but we managed to find a spot. It was a bit disappointing that we couldn’t watch YouTube or similar services on the Room TV.

    The Room cleaning staff are very friendly!

    I noted it in the remarks section and called to confirm, and I was really grateful that the Room was close to the elevator. Thank you for arranging the Room! This was a repeat stay. The female front desk staff member’s expression felt awkward and a bit intimidating, but since I stayed in May, I try to think it couldn’t be helped. However, the Hotel was clean, and every morning when I headed out, whenever I made eye contact with the floor housekeeping staff, they responded cheerfully, which put me in a good mood from the start of the day. Everyone returned greetings properly. There were many female staff members as well, which made me feel at ease. Breakfast is always very delicious no matter when I stay, so seconds are a must. I look forward to staying again.

    Convenient

    Conveniently located near Shin-Yamaguchi Station with easy access, and all the staff provided excellent service, making my stay comfortable. The Room was better than expected—I was prepared for it to be small, but it was surprisingly neat and I could relax. The bed size was just right. It also included a free breakfast and was reasonably priced, which was great.

    I stayed here for an event at KDDI Ishin Hall. It was conveniently located close to both the station and the hall. Amenities are minimal, so I recommend checking in advance and bringing what you need.

    It was comfortable!

    It is conveniently located near the station. It was rainy that day, so I was lucky it was close to the station. The Facility and amenities were compact and clean. Best of all, breakfast is free. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    A clean and comfortable Room

    I stayed alone. The Room was clean and well maintained. There was some noise coming through the door, but overall it was quiet and I slept comfortably. It’s close to the station, with izakayas and convenience stores nearby, which was very helpful. I will stay again.

    It was great that it was close to the station.

    I had to make a sudden trip to Tsuwano, but I had errands until the evening and it was difficult to arrive there the same day, so I looked for a Hotel around Shin-Yamaguchi Station and this one came up as recommended. It was my first time getting off at Shin-Yamaguchi Station and I was a bit anxious, but the Hotel was truly close to the station, which helped a lot. The Room was a single, but the bed was large enough for sleeping comfortably, and I slept well. The front desk staff were also very pleasant, so I felt at ease during my stay. I also appreciated that the welcome drinks in the lobby next to the front desk were available until midnight. Thank you. The free breakfast was a buffet with just the right amount. There were several time-slot signs by the elevator (e.g., “Breakfast available from XX:45 to XX:15”), and you choose one by the day before; in the morning you go to the breakfast area next to the first-floor lobby during your selected time slot. Thanks to this system, it wasn’t crowded and we could relax. The food was very tasty, with some unique items such as fish-based side dishes, white fish fillet marinated-style, mackerel flakes, Chicken Chicken Gobo (a local soul food), and pulled pork with colorful vegetables. I would like to stay here again when visiting Yamaguchi. Thank you very much.

    Convenient location ...

    Convenient location near the station The staff are very kind High-quality breakfast, very delicious! The Room is not bad, but the bathroom and washroom are a bit small and inconvenient.

    A city Hotel very close to the station

    The Hotel is conveniently located very close to the station. Being part of a chain, it offers a sense of reliability, and with CVS and restaurants open until late at night, it was very convenient even when I arrived around 22:00. This Hotel is highly convenient for late-night arrivals or early-morning departures.

    Conveniently located near the station

    Conveniently located within sight of the station (close to the bus terminal and convenience stores, which was very helpful during sightseeing). I first stayed at Comfort Hotel in Mie Prefecture (Ise City), and it was such a great experience that I now make it my top choice when traveling to destinations where it's available. The breakfast is impressively varied for being complimentary, and I especially enjoy the local ingredient-based menu. This time, I particularly liked the pufferfish soup with dried sardine broth (the risotto-style option with rice, cheese, and olive oil is also highly recommended). Additionally, having a variety of coffee and tea options to choose from is very convenient. The only downside this time was that during my multiple night stay, housekeeping mistakenly entered my room without knocking on a cleaning day. It was quite surprising! I believe checking reservation details carefully and ensuring staff knock during multiple night stays could help avoid such incidents.

    Delicious breakfast.

    Reasonably priced and offering a wide variety of delicious breakfast options. For dinner, enjoy yakiniku, seafood, and local specialty dishes at the neighboring izakaya. Truly satisfying. Conveniently located near the station for added satisfaction.

    Thank you for kindly accepting a late-night reservation on the day. The spacious room provided a calm and relaxing atmosphere, even for one person. I would love to visit again.

    The room's design re...

    The room's design resembles the earlier white and dark brown style of Route Inn rather than the brick-colored era. The bathroom space is small, but overall cleanliness, including the room, is well-maintained with no issues. The breakfast dishes were not to my taste, but waffles, bread, and soup were fine. That said, there are very few hotel options near Shin-Yamaguchi Station. In such a situation, arriving after 10 PM and being able to stay in a clean environment at an affordable price was very helpful. Thank you!
