    Consistent service

    Whenever I return to Tendo, my wife and I stay here. The Facility feels a bit dated, but the staff’s hospitality—from their greetings to their thoughtful care—has never changed. The meals are delicious, and even amid rising prices, you can feel the commitment to maintaining your service. For me, “Comfort Hotel Tendo” is truly indispensable. Please keep up the great work, everyone.

    I was satisfied.

    I once had to cancel at the last minute because a cold wave looked like it might affect my return date, and I still remember how kindly you handled it. Although the Facility showed some signs of age, the staff member who assisted me left a great impression, and I had a very pleasant stay. It was also lucky timing with the cherry blossoms just about to reach full bloom. Thank you very much.

    Good value for the price.

    The value provided is well worth the accommodation price. The building has aged, but the Room was clean and comfortable. The service, which has always been excellent, was just as good as before. I was impressed that there was little decline in any aspect compared with 15 years ago. The location is right by the station, so it is a bit away from the downtown area, but the taxi stand at the station is very close, so it’s not a problem.

    I stayed for two nights on business. The staff were helpful. The food was average, but I wasn’t expecting much, so that was fine. I just needed a place to sleep.\n\nAs the title suggests, though, I could hear the neighbor’s snoring, the door opening and closing was loud, and the early-morning stomping from next door was noisy too. The quiet countryside actually made these sounds stand out even more, and it seriously disrupted my sleep.\n\nFor that level of noise, the room rate felt a bit high—perhaps a lot is being spent on staffing. Sorry if my own snoring was loud too.

    This is my second stay. The clean and slightly spacious Room offered a pleasant morning view. I happened to see the Tsubasa Shinkansen pass by. I look forward to staying again. The breakfast was also delicious. Thank you very much!

    It was comfortable.

    The Room was bright and clean, the staff were all kind, and the location was excellent, making my stay very comfortable. I wished the bathroom could have been a bit brighter. However, I would like to stay here again if I visit Tendo. Thank you very much.

    I had a relaxing stay.

    I stayed for 4 nights on a business trip. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of side dishes that changed slightly each day. The welcome drink was available in the evening as well, allowing me to chat with colleagues who stayed at the same hotel, which was very helpful. I would love to stay here again when I visit Tendo.

    For quite some time,

    I have been using this facility for over 10 years. The greetings and hospitality of the staff are excellent. Some staff members even remember us as a couple, which gives us a sense of comfort. Despite the challenges of preparing meals during these times, the food was as delicious as ever. Although some parts of the facility are slightly dated, it is well-maintained and clean, ensuring no discomfort. We look forward to continuing our visits in the future.

    Very convenient, close to the station.

    It was my first time in the town, but since it was close to the station, I felt safe even arriving at night. The Room was clean and I had no complaints. The smoothie wasn't to my taste, but the side dishes with the rice were delicious.

    Attention needed

    There is a significant step between the bathroom and the room, so caution is needed to avoid falling. I requested a lower floor, but was given a higher floor.
