    I stayed here for a live concert.

    Conveniently located just steps from Kudanshita Station, with easy access from major hubs such as Shinjuku. With its price range and location, this Hotel is a strong option for stays during events in Tokyo. The Room was also clean and comfortable.

    Thank you very much for your hospitality. I truly appreciate it. I arrived late at night and was quite exhausted, but the warm greeting from the front desk staff made me feel genuinely happy. I had just bought a late-night snack at the convenience store behind the property, and I was surprised by how different the service was. In any case, thank you again for your courteous assistance. Breakfast was also very delicious. The yogurt ran out so quickly—I would have loved to have more. I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you in advance.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    Close to the station, with a convenience store and a My Basket supermarket nearby. The Room has nice cups, but the complimentary drinks are a bit limited. Other railway-affiliated Hotels offer tea bags or drip coffee, so that would be appreciated here as well. Being directed to the self check-in machine across the board feels a little impersonal. It would be great if check-in could be done easily with a barcode or similar. The best thing about Presso Inn is that the Accommodation Tax is included, so there’s no unpleasant surprise at check-out. I hope more Accommodations like this become available.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    I stayed here during Golden Week. They kindly stored my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which allowed me to comfortably visit Tokyo Dome and Yasukuni Shrine. The front desk staff were excellent, the Room was clean, and I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    Conveniently located

    Just a 2-minute walk from Kudanshita Exit 5, making it very convenient. The business destination is about a 10-minute walk, and there are convenience stores, cafes, and family restaurants nearby. The room is clean, and although the bathroom is small, details like a ReFa showerhead show thoughtful touches. Since it was the Friday before a holiday weekend, it cost around 15,000 yen for No Meals Included. Considering the location, it's quite reasonable. I would stay here again when on business nearby.

    Budokan Live

    I stayed here to attend a concert at the Budokan. I wanted to relax at the Hotel before the show, and I was able to enjoy my time without worrying about travel time. Even if I forgot something, I could quickly return to retrieve it. There are small supermarkets and convenience stores near the Hotel, which was very convenient. The front desk staff who assisted me when I left my luggage in the morning were very kind and pleasant. However, regarding access from the station, the guide mentioned Exit 5 as a walking route, so I initially headed there. But since there were no elevators or escalators and you had to cross a signal light, I ended up using Exit 6 instead. On my way back from the concert, I found Exit 7 with an elevator and felt it was closer to the Hotel. For those with suitcases, this exit might be more convenient (though it may depend on which subway line you use). I would definitely stay here again for another concert at Budokan!

    I had a relaxing time.

    The room was clean and comfortable, allowing me to relax. Thank you. However, the sound from the hallway echoed quite a bit into the room, which made me slightly concerned about whether noise from the room might also leak outside. That said, I didn’t make any loud noises, so it was probably fine. One minor downside was that the bathtub drainage wasn’t very smooth. Other than that, I had a pleasant stay.

    The Room is compact ...

    The Room is compact but equipped with all the essentials, making for a comfortable stay. While Business Hotels in the city center tend to be expensive, the reasonable price here is much appreciated. However, the hallway lighting was dim for a Business Hotel; brighter lighting might provide a greater sense of security.

    Convenient location near the station. Otherwise, average. The bed was not comfortable. Overall, it seems there is no particular effort to improve.

    The breakfast was very good. The room was normally clean and had everything I needed, and I didn't notice anything bad. I would like to use it again if there is a live event at the Budokan.

    The staff's hygiene awareness is low.

    The hygiene awareness of the staff was particularly low, which was disappointing. - Upon entering the room, there was hair on the bed. The bed maintenance and cleaning confirmation were insufficient. - The bathroom had a moldy smell. It was unfortunate that I couldn't rest comfortably at the property. - After flushing the toilet, the sound of water dripping continued for about 15 minutes, indicating insufficient facility maintenance. On the other hand, the good points were: - The front desk staff's response was intelligent and commendable. - It is close to Kudanshita (Kudanshita) Station.
