    Delivery personnel in front of the Hotel entrance

    After checking out on August 8, we were waiting for our car to be brought from the contracted parking lot, but a vendor vehicle was stopped on the street in front of the Hotel. After loading/unloading, they seemed to be using their phone (email, etc.). Even when our car arrived, they did not move. Getting in and out of our car was possible, but we would like to ask what guidance Quintessa provides to vendors regarding stopping/parking in front of the Hotel.

    It was quiet and relaxing.

    I used to stay here every time I returned to Sasebo when it was the Chisun Grand Hotel. When I searched for a place to stay for my first visit back in a while, I noticed the name had changed. I stayed alone in a double Room on the 11th floor, and both the Room and bathroom were spacious. It was very quiet and relaxing.

    It’s a bit old, but…

    The bath drain is a bit slow, but otherwise everything seems fairly standard. It would be nice if the vending machine stocked beer.

    The Facility is old, but it is a comfortable Hotel.

    I always stay at Quintessa when I’m on a business trip to Sasebo. The breakfast is excellent, so I always book a Plan with breakfast included. It’s far from Sasebo Station, but close to the U.S. military base. There are convenience stores and places to eat within walking distance.

    I use this Accommodation as my regular place to stay in Sasebo.

    The building and facilities are old, but the Hotel is clean. I had to wait at check-in this time. At breakfast, despite the crowd, reserved-seat signs were displayed without any real purpose.

    2-night stay in March

    + Spacious, clean room Efficient and friendly staff - Woke up at 6 a.m. due to noise from workers or other guests. It was impossible to get much sleep that night.

    Spacious Business Hotel

    The building is old but offers a clean and comfortable Hotel. The Room is spacious and cozy. Breakfast included is a great deal. The breakfast is delicious.

    The smell...

    Most hotels have a chemical smell from air fresheners or deodorizers, but it was particularly strong here. Of course, this may vary depending on individual sensitivity. Additionally, despite being a non-smoking Room, there was a cigarette-like odor. The breakfast was delicious, especially the miso soup. I also appreciated the availability of organic tea.

    Refreshing, accurate, and clean

    I always stay here when visiting Sasebo. The staff at the reception are very pleasant, the rooms are clean, and the baths are spacious. This time, due to my mistake, the reservation was not as I intended. When I checked with the reception staff, they provided precise guidance and resolved the issue. Even though it was my error, they explained everything in a refreshing and professional manner, making it a very pleasant experience. Thank you so much for your assistance. I look forward to staying here again whenever I visit Sasebo in the future. Wishing everyone good health during this busy Obon season!

    Perfect for business stays.

    I made a reservation on IKYU. I was happy to be assigned the top floor at check-in. Breakfast was a bit crowded, but it was hearty and satisfying. There seemed to be many business travelers, and I would like to use it again. I also recommend the IKYU.com website!

    Convenient location and delicious breakfast.

    The facility and services are excellent, and the breakfast buffet is delicious. Conveniently located near the center of Sasebo City, it is close to Yonkacho Shopping Street, making it very convenient for dining and souvenir shopping. Additionally, Yonkacho Shopping Street has an arcade, so you can stroll around without needing an umbrella even on rainy days.

    This is a cost-effective Hotel.

    I always stay here when on a business trip to Sasebo. The staff are very pleasant and extremely kind. The Room is spacious and clean, unlike a typical Business Hotel. Thank you very much to the front desk staff for their assistance with the Room. I look forward to staying here again on my next business trip.
