    For one person.

    It was very convenient—close to Osaka Station, with a distinctive building that was easy to find, and there were convenience stores and cafés nearby. The Room was thoroughly cleaned and kept very tidy. I was able to relax comfortably until morning. Thank you very much.

    Overall, I think it’s a good Hotel with no major issues. At checkout, I handed over my card and was asked if I was checking out. I did reply, but maybe my voice wasn’t loud enough, and they asked again in a way that felt a bit unpleasant. It may have just been the tone of voice, but that’s how it came across to me. Other than that, nothing in particular. Next time at checkout, I’ll make sure to speak up as well.

    Third stay

    This was my third stay with friends. I always choose this Accommodation when traveling to Osaka. It’s affordable, and I recommend the DHC shampoo. I’d like to stay here again next time.

    A bit disappointing.

    I am satisfied with the service and breakfast. However, there was mold or grime around the bathroom sink, which did not give a very hygienic impression.

    The front desk has an unpleasant odor.

    The scent at the front desk was too strong and made me feel unwell. The Facility is overall slightly dated. Room cleaning was thorough. The walls or doors might be thin as outside noise was very audible, so earplugs are essential.

    Second stay

    The rooms are old, but the price is affordable and satisfactory. The shampoo smells great, and I even purchased the same one after returning home. It made my hair smooth. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Osaka.

    There was noticeable mold in the bathroom. The humidifier also had mold, so I stopped using it. Additionally, the walls were thin, and I could hear the voices of trainees for a long time.

    I got a little lost ...

    I got a little lost on the way from Shin-Osaka Station to the Hotel due to unfamiliarity with the area, but I was able to find it quickly thanks to its distinctive exterior design. I could leave my luggage before check-in, and the staff's service was polite. Thank you. The bathtub in the bathroom felt a bit small, but everything else was satisfactory.

    The rooms are outdated.

    The front desk is clean, but the Room smells musty and dusty due to the building's age. Waking up in the morning, I couldn't stop sneezing and had a runny nose, with spots on my body that seemed like bug bites. The lack of sunlight and a moldy smell from the air conditioner were also unpleasant. The Room window didn't lock properly and was supported by a wooden stick, letting in drafts and noise from outside. The bathroom was narrow with some red mold present; while not entirely unhygienic, it lowered satisfaction. Overall satisfaction was at its lowest considering the price paid.

    My children and their spouses stayed over the weekend during a holiday. Upon entering the room, they noticed an unpleasant smell, which was very strong. When they used the shower, it overflowed due to a clogged drain. It seems that the room was replaced for them, but it appeared that cleaning had not been done properly. I understand it must be busy with many guests visiting for events like expos, but since the rates are higher than usual during such times, I hope proper cleaning is ensured. Regardless of how previous guests used the accommodation, it should not affect future guests' experience. The food was reportedly delicious.

    Please focus on thorough cleaning.

    I stayed here for the first time because it is close to Shin-Osaka Station. The front desk had an aroma-like smell, and I thought it would be better if it had a fresher scent. Unfortunately, the guest room had mold growing on the ceiling and in the bathroom, which was disappointing. The bathroom was so small that the toilet had to be placed diagonally, making it uncomfortable to use. Additionally, when I wiped switches like those for lights or toilet cleaning with tissue paper, black dust came off, suggesting that cleaning efforts were lacking—this was also disappointing. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast area was clean and spacious, allowing for a relaxed dining experience.

    A standard business hotel, it was perfectly fine!

    The smoking room had a strong tobacco smell, which was a bit unpleasant (is there no way to deal with the smell of tobacco?). During peak times, the elevator can take quite a while due to the large number of guest rooms. I thought it was a lively Hotel! Everyone had good manners, so it was quiet and comfortable inside the room. Also, the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious!

    Highly satisfied.

    Everything we needed was provided, which is surprisingly rare. The stay was clean and comfortable, making us wish we could stay longer. The staff were polite, and even the cleaning staff left a good impression. It would have been perfect if the bathroom were a bit more spacious. Looking forward to trying the meals next time!

    I occasionally use accommodations from the Mystays Group, but this time, I felt the breakfast selection was a bit lacking. Both in variety and content, it seemed somewhat less compared to others.

    Just because it's cheap,

    The reception service was average, but the staff responsible for replenishing amenities was terrible. They acted as if they were trying to obstruct me when I was trying to take something, and I almost lost my temper. I had to wait several minutes for them to finish restocking. How is it acceptable in the service industry for an older male staff member to be so inconsiderate?

    The air conditioning...

    The air conditioning was difficult to adjust, and the light from the remote control was dazzling in the middle of the night. When water was used in some Room, the sound of water supply and drainage echoed, making it difficult to sleep. When I tried to use the air purifier and put water in it, I was surprised by the amount of mold, and there was a lot of mold in the water areas as well, giving the impression that cleaning was not thorough. The bed-making was so strange that I thought it was odd. It was disappointing as it did not match the price.

    The facility is outdated.

    Formerly Chisun Hotel? Renovated only the exterior of the existing property? I stayed because it was close to our branch in Osaka, but the facility is old, and the room is extremely small! The unit bath was especially cramped! It was still okay since it was No Meals Included and I left early the next morning, but... I won't be repeating my stay.
