    Affordable

    The room is average, but the overall atmosphere feels old. I only brought a USB cable and was inconvenienced as there were no USB ports, only outlets. The facility has some issues like cracked paint and a very small bathroom, so it’s not a place for luxurious moments. However, with hotel accommodation fees being high everywhere recently, I just needed a place to stay after my cruise. Since I wasn’t looking for luxury, I was very satisfied with the price.

    Not bad.

    Stayed for one night on a business trip. The location is decent, about a 10-minute walk from Hamamatsucho Station. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite and attentive. The Room was not very spacious but kept clean, and the bed was comfortable enough. However, due to the proximity to the train tracks, I could hear some train noise at night. Earplugs might be helpful for those sensitive to noise. Breakfast was served as a Japanese-Western buffet in the restaurant on the first floor. There was a fair variety of options, and everything tasted good. Overall, it's good value for money as a Business Hotel.

    The air conditioning is not working.

    The air conditioner only had a fan mode, so it was unbearably cold. I managed with an extra blanket provided... Amenities were not well-equipped either—disappointing. I don't think I would stay here again!

    Everything is Showa-style.

    The structure is not bad. It's clean and not particularly bad, but everything feels Showa-era. The air is dry, and you can feel the coils in the bed.

    It was good.

    We used the Hotel for a trip to watch a Shiki Theatre Company performance with our family. We took a taxi from the Hotel to the venue, which was close and convenient. Also, the Room was cleaned meticulously and was very tidy.

    Since it was a Room close to the railway, I wondered if I could sleep, but surprisingly, I was able to sleep. Thank you very much.

    Due to being along t...

    Due to being along the railway, the noise from the trains was loud and I couldn't sleep. There was a note advising to close the sliding doors if it was noisy, so I did, but it didn't make a difference.
