    Excellent access within walking distance from both Asahibashi and Kencho-mae Stations.

    It is in an excellent location, about a 3–5 minute walk from both Asahibashi Station and Kencho-mae Station on the Yui Rail, making it an ideal base for sightseeing. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, so we had no trouble finding dinner. We stayed in the Annex building this time; the building itself is new and very clean. With a convenience store on the first floor, it was also very handy for quick purchases.

    The front desk staff left a positive and lasting impression with their friendliness.

    I called the front desk from the nearest station as I couldn't find the location of the Hotel, and they kindly provided clear directions, which was very helpful. The front desk staff were friendly and had a pleasant demeanor. The Room felt a bit dated. What stood out was the low water pressure in the shower and overly bright ceiling lights that couldn't be adjusted, making mornings too bright. The bed's spring firmness was just right and comfortable for sleeping. When I left the room type to their discretion, I got a Japanese-Western style Room. However, since I'm not used to sitting on tatami mats, it felt slightly inconvenient. Also, there wasn't a mirror in the living area for makeup application, which was inconvenient. Amenities and drip bags are self-service at the lobby where you can pick up what you need; surprisingly, their coffee tasted quite good! The breakfast venue is buffet-style but feels cramped around where food is displayed, making it slightly difficult to access items easily. Lastly... though it's unavoidable, some inbound guests' manners were poor, so it wasn't very relaxing at times. Overall though I've written extensively here—considering convenience for my work stay—I think this is a good Hotel!

    Stayed at ANNEX for ...

    Stayed at ANNEX for 2 nights. Check-in was supposed to be at 2 PM, but I had to wait about 20 minutes because the cleaning wasn't finished. The next morning, even though I placed the "Cleaning Requested" magnet on the door and left before 10 AM, I returned after 3 PM only to find the room still being cleaned. Ended up waiting until 4 PM, which was very frustrating. Normally, shouldn't rooms for Multiple Night Stays be cleaned first? Also, both the main building and ANNEX have very small lobbies with almost no waiting areas. The Room itself was clean and having separate bath and toilet is nice; however, Wi-Fi connectivity was poor as expected from Daiwa Roynet quality, water pressure in the bath and shower was weak, and water temperature was quite low. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

We would appreciate your consideration. 1. About the shower The water flow feels a bit weak. (I assume this is for water conservation.) It would be better if the water pressure were a bit stronger. 2. Room selection in the reservation This is for business use. This time, I was changed to a Japanese-style facility, but it is not suitable for business use. I want to work sitting on a chair, there is no desk light, etc. It would be appreciated if you could contact me in advance when changing the room specifications.
