    It was a last-minute...

    It was a last-minute stay, but it was conveniently close to the station, with both a convenience store and a supermarket nearby. The amenities were well stocked, and I especially appreciated that bath salts were provided. However, our Room was on the front desk floor, and there was no partition between the front desk and the lobby area, so we could hear lobby noise and couldn’t fully relax, which was disappointing. At other Hotels I’ve stayed at, there was a door between the front desk area and the Rooms; I wish this Hotel had something similar.

    A Hotel You Can Use with Confidence

    I stayed here last year and had such a great experience that I came back again. The location offers easy access to Minato Mirai and central Tokyo, and not only is the Room great, but the laundry facilities are convenient and easy to use—and I can’t resist the Komeda breakfast (lol). Next month, I’ll be staying again with my grandchild during summer vacation. Thank you very much!

    It was very comfortable.

    I often stay at Daiwa Roynet Hotel when I travel. This time I couldn’t book a non-smoking Room and ended up in a smoking Room, so the smell did bother me, but the Room was very spacious. Everything was well taken care of, and I had a comfortable trip. It was also great that the Hotel is close to convenience stores and the station. When I asked about the nearest bus stop for sightseeing, the front desk staff kindly assisted me, and I was able to find it smoothly. Thank you very much. I would like to stay here again in the future.

    The unit bathroom fl...

    The unit bathroom floor was slightly sloped, and I noticed it every time I sat on the toilet. However, the single room was spacious enough, and with the station and a convenience store nearby, I had a comfortable stay.

    I was charged twice.

    I made the Reservation as the Reserver and paid the accommodation fee by card. However, on the day of check-in, the Hotel asked the guest to pay in cash on site, so the guest paid the accommodation fee in cash. Therefore, I understood that my card payment had been voided. However, due to circumstances on the Hotel’s side, my card was charged again afterward, resulting in a double payment of the accommodation fee. Because the guest who paid in cash is far away, it is extremely difficult for me to request a refund from them. Since this double charge was caused by the Hotel’s guidance and processing, please resolve this directly on your side rather than collecting from the guest. Specifically, I would like you to urgently void and refund my card payment. Please contact me after confirming the situation and advise how you will proceed.

    Great value for money.

    Located just a few minutes’ walk from Kannai Station, with Chinatown and other sightseeing spots also within walking distance. The Room was very clean and well stocked with amenities. I especially appreciated the extra touches like bath salts and eye masks, and would love to stay again.

    Convenient location.

    After avoiding accommodations due to high prices during the COVID-19 pandemic, we stayed for the first time in years as the twin room for two people was reasonably priced in the 10,000 yen range even during the New Year holidays (possibly due to a decrease in travelers from China). The location is about a 5-minute walk from Kannai Station, with many nearby restaurants, making it a convenient hotel. The designated parking lot is a narrow multi-story parking facility, so vehicle selection is necessary. It would be helpful if there were more affiliated parking lots that could accommodate larger vehicles. One noticeable change was that ashtrays had been removed from the convenience store on the first floor; when asked about smoking areas, we were directed to Kannai Station's smoking area. However, roadside smoking is not prohibited around this area, so many people smoke on the streets. At this price point, it remains one of the options around Kannai Station.

    It was comfortable.

    My husband frequently uses your Hotel during his business trips and always gives high praise, but this was my first time staying. The service was excellent, the value for money was great, and it lived up to my husband's high evaluation. Thank you very much.

    Bath only

    The bathtub does not fill properly, and the shower hose is broken. It is very disappointing as my friend's Room had the same issues.

    Excellent location!

    I stayed here to watch a basketball game at Yokohama Budokan. The access to Yokohama Budokan and the nearest station was excellent. Additionally, there is a convenience store on the first floor of the Hotel and Komeda Coffee on the second floor, both of which were very convenient and I used both. The reception and Room were so comfortable that I have no complaints at all. It’s such a wonderful Hotel that I would love to stay here again in the future!

    Reducing amenities is fine, but please make sure to provide a toothbrush in the Room. It's something guests might not notice unless told...

    We had a great time.

    Stayed with friends as a group. Each of us booked a single Room and were satisfied. It was conveniently located with easy access to tourist spots.

    The exterior sign is hard to spot, and I passed by twice!

    The signboard is smaller and set back, unlike the usual prominent Daiwa Roynet signs! I passed by twice before noticing it. Check-out is done via a machine as usual, but the front desk staff weren't very friendly. Well, it feels like a typical Business Hotel! I didn't use the Onsen, so I can't comment on that.

    Great accessibility.

    I stayed for a longer multiple night stay. Since it was a last-minute reservation, the plan only had smoking rooms available, but when I requested a change to a non-smoking room if possible, they kindly accommodated my request. I had a very comfortable stay. I appreciated the daily towel exchange and complimentary water. The morning breakfast at Komeda with hot corn soup was something I looked forward to every day. I travel to Tokyo several times a year, and with its convenient access, I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

    Daiwa Roynet always provides peace of mind.

    Daiwa Roynet is always my first choice when available at the accommodation location, and this branch also provided the same reliable and consistent quality as others. It’s a short walk from Kannai Station but within an acceptable range. The guest room and bathroom were spacious enough to relax until the last minute before checkout. Looking forward to staying again!

    I had a relaxing stay.

    Even with a last-minute reservation, I was able to stay at a reasonable price. On the day of check-in, the hotel kindly upgraded me to a spacious room, allowing me to relax comfortably. It was also delightful to have breakfast at Komeda Coffee. I would love to stay here again!
