    Ideal for business travelers

    I stayed here on a business trip. It wasn’t as small as I expected, and there was enough space to move around comfortably. The property isn’t new, but it was well cleaned. Above all, I appreciated the large desk and the effective air conditioning. The front desk staff were pleasant, and I had no issues with overall convenience during my stay. However, the complimentary drip coffee didn’t taste good, which was disappointing—but since it’s a free service, it can’t really be helped.

    Guest Room Refrigerator

    The refrigerator, essential for hot summers, was not cooling at all despite being switched on. Upon inspection, it was found that the power plug was not connected. The plug was reconnected during the night. Please ensure proper checks of the functionality and operation of facilities like refrigerators during cleaning. It is surprising that there were no complaints from previous guests about this issue. Other than that, everything was normal.

    Comfortable

    The double bed Room was more spacious than it appeared in the photos, allowing for a comfortable stay. The bathroom and bathtub were also quite roomy. Although both check-in and check-out were handled by machines, which I thought might feel impersonal, the friendly greetings from the front desk during brief outings added a welcoming touch.

    It was cold during the night.

    When I woke up in the morning, my throat was sore. The next night, I wore extra layers to sleep, but my throat still didn’t feel better the following morning. The Room might have been too cold or dry, which didn’t suit me well.

    Late arrivals are convenient as the multi-story parking lot is often available. The room was at a standard level for the budget-friendly plan. The lighting was slightly dimmer compared to my previous stay, and the room faced the parking lot, but I had no complaints considering the price. Breakfast menus might not change much daily, but I enjoy items like shrimp fry with tartar sauce and handmade fried chicken, so I'm fine with it every time since I don't opt for a Multiple Night Stay. Overall, I think various aspects have improved compared to 2-3 years ago.

    Satisfied with this service at this price.

    Adjacent to Tsukuba Station, the access is excellent. I was able to relax without the hustle and bustle of the surroundings. There is nothing noteworthy about the amenities, bath, or room, but there is nothing that would lower the evaluation either. Among them, the breakfast provided was wonderful, and I was very satisfied. Of course, food preferences vary, but the taste, quality, variety, and warmth were all satisfactory. Even during the three-day weekend, the rates were reasonable, and considering the price, it was a great value and I was extremely satisfied.

    Close to the station.

    Considering the proximity to the station and the price balance, I think this is a viable option. You can enter the hotel's second floor directly from the promenade, but be a little cautious at night as it tends to be deserted.
