  We had an extraordinary, unforgettable experience!

  We were a little anxious because there were no Reviews, but we received a very courteous email from the owner. They continued to respond sincerely, doing their best to accommodate our requests, which made us feel very reassured. We stayed as three generations of a family. Since we had small children, they prepared a baby crib and baby bath for us, and also provided a guard to block off an open section of the stair handrail—something we truly appreciated. There are seven bedrooms, so everyone was able to maintain their own private space. The bedding and Facilities were new and kept very clean. The only disappointing point was that the showers in each Room had a slight sewer smell. The view from the terrace was beautiful! We would love to stay here again when visiting Futtsu.

We are also pleased to hear that your three-generation family trip with a young child was comfortable, and that the baby amenities, stair safety gate, and the private space created by our seven bedrooms were helpful. Your kind words about the cleanliness of the Accommodation and the view from the terrace are a great encouragement to our staff. On the other hand, we sincerely apologize for the unpleasant sewer odor coming from the shower rooms in each Room. We deeply regret this issue in a place where you should have been able to relax comfortably. We will promptly clean and inspect the plumbing and work to prevent this from happening again.
