    It was a wonderful villa.

    We stayed during the Obon holiday with six family members and one small dog. First, we were able to complete both check-in and check-out without meeting anyone, and the villa felt very private, so we had a very comfortable stay. The Facility was new and clean, with well-equipped amenities and supplies. In particular, the indoor bath with free-flowing natural hot spring water was wonderful, and both the Onsen and the outdoor scenery were beautiful. The children had a great time playing in the private outdoor pool. Since it was cold, we added a little hot water, but we were surprised to find that it was also Onsen water. If I may make one request, it would have been helpful to have a washing machine. Also, perhaps because it is a new Facility, the towels were almost brand-new, and fine towel fibers stuck to our faces and bodies, which made them uncomfortable to use. However, the Facility was so excellent that our whole family was extremely satisfied. Thank you very much.

    It was excellent.

    This was without a doubt the best villa I have ever stayed at. The pool, jacuzzi, bath, and living room—everywhere we looked—felt impeccably clean and luxurious, and even with five people we had plenty of space to relax comfortably. The kitchen was also very well equipped, and it was wonderful to take our time and enjoy cooking for ourselves. At check-in, there was an issue with the tablet and we couldn’t enter for about 30 minutes. However, the staff handled it politely and apologized sincerely afterward, which really showed their professionalism. Even with that trouble, I still felt like I wanted to stay again because of how well they responded. Overall, we were extremely satisfied—this was easily the best Accommodation we stayed at in Izu. We will definitely be back.
