Lakeside villa SUI HAKUBA

Three friends and I stayed here.Every Room was very clean, with a design that felt warm and wood-toned.The kitchen was fully equipped, so we cooked together while enjoying drinks and had a wonderful time.We could also see cherry blossoms perfectly framed through the window—they were beautiful.It was a lovely stay where we could feel the seasons, talk to our hearts’ content, and spend time at a relaxed pace.We would love to stay again!

The views of Lake Aoki were beautiful both in the morning and in the evening. In particular, the mornings were wonderfully relaxing—I loved taking my time while looking out at the lake through the large windows. After using the sauna, I carried a lounge chair down by the lake to cool off outside, and it felt amazing. With Lake Aoki stretching out right in front of me, I could have sat there forever. One small thing I noticed was the sauna door alignment: even after closing it, it slowly opens again. If that could be fixed, I think the stay would be even more comfortable. I visited just after cherry blossom season had ended, so I imagine it would be even more lovely when they’re in bloom. Next time, I’d love to stay during cherry blossom season.
