    It turned out to be a disappointing trip.

    We planned a relaxing trip to an Onsen with my elderly parents, checking in after 3 PM without any sightseeing. The facility was clean, but when we eagerly entered the Onsen, it turned out to be cold water. We were shocked to find a cold bath at an Onsen. We added hot water ourselves in the chilly weather, but it came out very slowly, leaving us cold for quite some time. I felt sorry for my mother who bathed first and had to endure the cold. The floor heating did not work despite following the instructions, and the heater above the bed blew warm air directly onto our heads, making it impossible to sleep with it on. The next morning, we faced another cold bath in the Onsen and felt like we had come all this way just to be uncomfortable in freezing conditions. My elderly parents were looking forward to enjoying the Onsen experience but ended up disappointed instead. I will not revisit this facility again. Having enjoyed other facilities before made this experience even more disappointing as we had high expectations for this trip. What was meant to bring joy to my parents turned into a regretful journey where I wished we hadn’t gone at all.

    This was my first stay, and the location was excellent with convenience stores nearby and just a short walk to Sengokuhara. The Facility was well-equipped with items like a Nespresso machine and an oven microwave, and I would love to try the barbecue next time. However, I couldn't sleep due to loud footsteps and voices from upstairs. If soundproofing is improved, I would definitely consider staying again.
