    Numerous Facility Issues

    There were various facility issues, including malfunctioning air conditioning, a broken ceiling fan, and ignition problems with the BBQ grill. Additionally, there was no prior notification about areas that were already known to be faulty. Although a discount was eventually offered, this is not an inexpensive accommodation. Guests willing to pay this price value their limited time and experiences over minor cost savings, making such handling unacceptable. While unmanned service is fine, timely responses to issues and regular facility inspections and maintenance are expected as part of the balance between price and quality. The room, pool, and sauna are well-equipped but underutilized due to these shortcomings. At this price point, guests can stay at other high-quality vacation rentals instead.

    It was an excellent accommodation.

    It was an amazing space, and the children were very satisfied. We stay at various villas in Okinawa every year, but my family said this was the best one so far. We would love to visit again. Thank you very much!
