    During my stay, I no...

    During my stay, I noticed a bit of dust on the window sashes and had some trouble with the toilet paper not flushing properly, but everything else was very comfortable. The furniture was tastefully chosen, creating a stylish and pleasant space overall. I also appreciated the bed's moderate height, which was a nice personal touch for me.

    The Room was very clean.

    The cleanliness of the Room was outstanding. Being located in the mountains, I appreciated the notice regarding insects. The toilet and bathroom were also clean and excellent. However, while I was preparing to leave as I had been informed that checkout was at 11:00, around 10:30 two male cleaning staff unlocked the door and entered without notice. Despite being told by management that checkout time was 11:00, entering without confirming whether guests are still present before that time seems inappropriate. As a female guest, this incident heightened my sense of caution and left me disappointed.

    Surrounded by nature, simply the best

    We traveled all the way from Kansai! The area is surrounded by abundant nature, offering a cool and surreal experience. The interior was impeccably clean, providing a wonderful space to relax! Lake Kawaguchi is nearby, and on clear days you can enjoy views of Mt. Fuji—though unfortunately, we missed that this time. We hope to visit again on a sunny day! It’s definitely a place we’d love to return to!
