The view from the living room was indeed spectacular. However, the gas system for the Onsen shuts off after an hour, requiring you to run the gas outside. The smell of the previous guests' barbecue was ingrained in the living room, creating a very unpleasant odor. There are no seasonings available, so cooking for yourself can be quite expensive. Preparing for checkout takes a considerable amount of time. Dealing with trash, linens, and the time and effort required for departure is burdensome. It would be more worthwhile to spend that money on a Ryokan to fully enjoy the essence of the trip.

Regarding the Onsen gas system
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused during your use of the Onsen. Our Facility operates under the guidance of the gas supply company, with a system where the gas supply automatically stops at regular intervals via a microcomputer meter. Although this is mentioned in the pre-arrival information, we will consider clearer guidance and improvement measures to minimize inconvenience.
Regarding the indoor odor
We apologize for the lingering barbecue smell from the previous guests. Barbecue use is requested to be on the wood deck only, so this situation should not occur. However, we will ensure thorough cleaning even in unforeseen circumstances and strengthen ventilation and deodorization measures to provide a more comfortable stay. Regarding condiments
As our Facility is an unmanned rental villa, we do not stock condiments from a hygiene management perspective. This is mentioned in the reservation information, but we apologize for any inconvenience. As stated in the pre-arrival information, we recommend bringing condiments from home or purchasing mini-sized ones at convenience stores as a cost-effective method. We will continue to devise ways to provide clear guidance in advance.
Regarding preparations at checkout
We apologize for the time required for sorting garbage and collecting linens at checkout. As our Facility is a "second house to share with everyone," we ask for your cooperation in restoring the original condition so that the next guests can enjoy their stay comfortably. However, during your stay, you can enjoy meals and relaxation at your own pace, experiencing a "living-like stay" that is different from a Ryokan, which is the charm of a rental villa. Nevertheless, we will earnestly consider ways to make preparations smoother to avoid excessive burden.
