GREENSEED Karuizawa

Although it rained, we still had a truly wonderful time as a family—it didn’t bother us at all.The Facility was very quiet and relaxing, a special place where you can forget everyday life and unwind. Everything we needed was well provided, and our stay was very comfortable. The staff were also genuinely pleasant, and we really appreciated their thoughtful, unobtrusive care.The restaurant we used during our stay was excellent as well! The food was truly delicious and became one of the highlights of our trip. As parents, we were so happy to see our children enjoying every bite.There is also a convenience store nearby, which is handy for quick shopping.Since it rained this time, we’d love to visit again in a season with nicer weather. On the way home, our whole family kept saying, “Let’s come back.” Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax in Karuizawa!

My family and our dog stayed at CASCADE (Waterfall). It was very helpful that bowls, a toilet tray, and a pet pen were provided for our dog. There was no pet odor, and our dog used everything right away, so it felt like the place was cleaned with great care.In the evening we used the hot plate in the outdoor living area—the atmosphere was so unique and fun! There were two hammocks, and we enjoyed gently swinging together as a family. The bath also had a bubble function, making it another special, out-of-the-ordinary experience.Even though it rained, the space was spacious and full of Facilities we don’t have at home, so we were extremely satisfied.The dog run was clean and spacious too; the only regret is that we couldn’t enjoy it because of the rain.We stretched our budget a bit to make this Reservation, but it exceeded our expectations—next time we’d love to try again on a sunny day. It became a wonderful memory spending time with family we don’t get to see often since they live far away. Thank you very much.
