    It is a very beautiful and wonderful Hotel, but

    As mentioned in the Review, even though payment was made in advance through IKYU, I was asked to provide my credit card number along with the security code on the back. The Facility responded that this is necessary to charge for any damages to equipment if such an incident occurs. However, since my address and a reachable phone number are already provided, I believe charges could still be made without this information. I have made numerous Hotel Reservations through IKYU with prepayment before, but this is the first time I've encountered such a request. If there were any fraudulent charges, it would be noticed immediately—but in case something happens, will IKYU take responsibility?

    Wonderful Hotel

    The Room was spacious, and the breakfast was delicious. The bath is clean but has no washing area and is shallow.

    The Room is spacious and comfortable, but there are significant issues with safety and the Facility.

    The room was very spacious, with private rooms for each of the three guests, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen and washing machine were also convenient. However, there were several areas that need improvement. First, the bathroom was not separated into wet and dry areas, and the glass partition was insufficient. As a result, using the shower caused water to spread across the entire floor, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, the parking lot quickly became full. The second parking area was poorly lit, and if it was also full, we had to go to a third parking area. This felt highly inconvenient and unsafe when traveling with elderly individuals. In fact, my mother fell in front of the hotel and hit her head due to poor lighting in that area. Unfortunately, no staff came to assist us at that time; even after informing them later on about what happened, we only received a response saying "You can use an accessible parking space starting tomorrow," without any concern or proper support being shown. Regarding the guest room itself: dishes were stored at a height of approximately 200cm making them difficult to access; appliances like coffee makers or rice cookers along with ovens placed atop shelves required effort just bringing down before connecting power—this design proved quite impractical overall! Moreover basic amenities such as rinsing cups drinking water pajamas weren’t provided inside either Given how well-equipped facilities already exist within this hotel improving safety services usability considerations would greatly enhance overall comfort during stays

    Why?

    I stayed during the summer vacation. The room (accommodation) was excellent. The location was great, the room was spacious, and it was very comfortable. However, I gave a low rating due to the check-in process (possibly an issue with management). At check-in, I was asked to provide my card number due to potential damages to items in the room. Considering the recent influx of international guests and possible etiquette issues, I understand this policy itself might be necessary. Since I had already made a card payment through IKYU.com, I asked if it should be the same card used for that payment. They replied that any card would suffice. Although I thought they could use the same card from my IKYU.com payment if needed, I provided another card number as requested. Then they asked for the security code on the back of my card afterward! Providing a security code allows someone to make purchases with your card—why would they ask for such information? Was this a mistake by their staff? This left me feeling extremely uneasy throughout my stay as concerns about my credit card lingered in my mind. Is this how their management trains staff? I would like an explanation regarding this matter.

    The facility was new...

    The facility was new and clean. It was a 3-bedroom unit, and each room had a door with a lock, making it ideal for groups of friends (though it was slightly inconvenient for our family). The kitchen had enough dishes and cooking utensils, allowing us to prepare breakfast with ingredients bought at the market. The washing machine was located behind the door next to the refrigerator, which took some time to find but was very helpful. The hotel's location is convenient for dining out and perfect for those who enjoy skiing.

    Wonderful Hotel

    The facility was very clean and stylish. Additionally, the staff were very kind, making it an extremely comfortable stay. Although it was just a one-night stay this time, I would like to stay longer next time. Thank you for the comfortable stay!

    Relaxing Room

    The room had stylish interiors and comfortable chairs for relaxation. However, it was disappointing that there was no door between the shower room and the washroom, causing water to splash into the washroom and toilet area no matter how carefully it was used, requiring the floor to be wiped each time. There was an unpleasant odor, possibly from the pillow or sheets, which made lying on the bed uncomfortable; I ended up not using the pillow at all. The staff were very kind and made my stay pleasant.

    Had a great stay.

    We stayed in the 3-Bedroom Premier for one night during a group trip with friends. The room was clean, stylish, and well-maintained, with a fully equipped and user-friendly kitchen that made our stay comfortable. The breakfast was also delicious.
