  This Facility offers excellent convenience and location.

  This property, located in the highly popular area of Hayama, features a unique layout designed to maximize space. The second floor houses the bedrooms, while the third floor includes the living-dining-kitchen (LDK) area, bathroom, and balcony. The fourth floor offers a rooftop space with an elevator for convenience. However, please note that the parking space on the ground floor is quite narrow and directly faces a residential road, which may make parking challenging during certain times of day. If your vehicle exceeds the designated size limit for this parking spot, there is a coin-operated parking lot available diagonally across from the property. Inside, every corner of this facility is impeccably clean and well-organized. From the third-floor living room, you can enjoy stunning views of both the ocean and Mount Fuji (photos available). The facility provides excellent comfort and functionality for guests. Additionally, there is a bus stop with frequent service conveniently located right in front of the property—perfect for accessing dining options near Zushi Station or other nearby areas.

  What a pity.

  There was no prior notice about the check-in procedure, so I called the contact number on the day, which resulted in checking in about an hour later than planned. The person who answered the call mentioned that they had sent an email beforehand, but upon checking later, no such communication was received. This was a very disappointing experience. It is recommended for guests to confirm the check-in procedure in advance.

  The shape of the bathtub is...

  This was my second stay. Last time, the bathroom had a large circular jacuzzi, but this time it was a standard unit bath, which lacked the resort feel and was disappointing. Additionally, there were no extra stocks of toilet paper or tissues, so I had to purchase more at a nearby drugstore as I ran out. The slippers were all worn out and did not feel clean. However, the location is excellent, and on clear days, Mount Fuji can be seen beautifully.

  Thank you for staying at HayamaOceanHouse again this year. We apologize for not meeting your expectations regarding the bathroom compared to your previous visit. The previous bathtub was larger, but due to frequent interruptions in gas supply caused by regional shortages during water heating, we conducted renovation work as noted on our facility page. While it is now a unit bath, we have incorporated a wider-than-usual bathtub and maintained the open view of the ocean for your enjoyment. We apologize for any inconvenience caused regarding amenities. Typically, one set of stock is provided per floor; however, based on your feedback, we will take measures to prepare stock according to the number of guests and length of stay.
