    I’m sorry, and thank you.

    We visited the Anpanman Museum with our grandchild, and one mishap after another happened. We arrived late at the Accommodation and caused trouble at check-in—please accept our apologies. On top of that, due to our mistake when making the Reservation, we requested an extra set of bedding for our toddler. Thank you for handling everything so kindly. And to the gentle young man at reception—thank you very much. We stayed one night in Fukuoka mainly to compare it with the Yokohama Anpanman Museum, but we were satisfied with everything. The Room was clean, and the bath had a wonderful tub that delighted the children. We were also surprised by the morning service of pork-and-egg onigiri—we didn’t expect it at all, and it was delicious. We visit Okinawa more than ten times a year and eat these often, but yours had many varieties, and everything was tasty—the shrimp and fried horse mackerel were especially crispy. "Climbing" up to the third floor by stairs seemed fun for the kids—they went up laughing excitedly. It was a lovely Accommodation that we were truly happy with. Thank you very much. Just one thing we noticed: we could hear water slowly draining from the bathtub, so please check it if possible. Thank you for taking care of us.

    Parking

    There is no parking lot available, as stated in the FAQ section, so we parked at a nearby paid parking lot. However, after checking out, we found out that another family who stayed on the same day had parked in a lot with your signboard. Since it was dark during our nighttime check-in and we couldn’t see the signboard, it would have been helpful if staff had provided guidance about parking. It was a bit disappointing because the staff were otherwise very pleasant. The Room was clean and lovely. However, when sleeping, outside noise could be heard clearly. Perhaps due to nearby restaurants, I was woken up multiple times by garbage trucks, scooters, and footsteps late at night. I wouldn’t recommend staying in rooms along the roadside for sleeping purposes. Although breakfast wasn’t included as mentioned beforehand, you kindly offered "Pork Tamago" from your first-floor shop as a service. It was very delicious!
