    It was a wonderful R...

    It was a wonderful Room with exceptional hospitality. The Room felt very clean, and when the morning sun shines through the turquoise-blue curtains, it creates a dreamy atmosphere. The interior is based on white tones and has great taste. Small items and amenities such as mugs and towels were stylish, and the space—with a coffee maker, toaster, and sofa—was beautifully designed. The complimentary snacks they had prepared were also a thoughtful touch. We booked the breakfast plan, and the ingredients included items from a local bakery, plus high-quality eggs and bacon. There are stylish cafés just a few minutes’ walk away, so it seems you could also enjoy lunch or dinner there. The location is excellent—you can walk straight from the Room to the beach, which is very convenient. They also provide beach sandals, floats, and bodyboards, so as long as you bring your swimsuit you’re all set for activities. A nearby convenience store sells goggles and fishing gear too, so it feels like you could come with almost nothing. After getting out of the ocean, you can go straight to the jacuzzi or the Goemon-style bath (cauldron bath), which was another great convenience. We rented the BBQ equipment; the stylish grill was easy to use, and even though it’s outdoors under a roofed area, it was more comfortable than expected. The bed linens—including sheets and duvet—were clean with crisp freshness, and the mattress was fluffy; we slept very comfortably. The staff provided polite service with quick and efficient responses. Above all else, the view from the Room is outstanding. The color of the sea is beautiful. It was only a one-night stay in this Accommodation, but we regretted not staying two nights—it was that satisfying. I’d love to recommend it to everyone… though part of me wants to keep it secret. To all staff members: thank you for such a wonderful time.

    A Blissful Moment at Irida Beach

    My family and I stay here regularly for a Multiple Night Stay. This was our first visit in a few years, and it was still the best! I was truly impressed by how much everything has been upgraded since our last stay. This time we tried the BBQ and breakfast for the first time—both were generous, delicious, and excellent value. We also loved the local bread served at breakfast so much that we went back the next day to buy not only bread but also cake. In addition to the unbeatable location right in front of Irida Beach, the white-and-blue building looks just as wonderful as it did years ago, and both inside and out are kept beautifully clean. The moment you step into the Room, there’s always a soft, pleasant fragrance that instantly lifts your mood. And the view of Irida Beach from the window is truly breathtaking. Sitting in the living room with a coffee while looking out at the ocean is pure bliss for me. This time there was also a flower bed, and I found comfort in all the colorful blooms. The path leading to the beach has been newly improved as well, making it easier to walk than before. It’s clear that every detail reflects how thoughtfully the staff always consider their guests and keep finding ways to make things even better— which is why this place never loses its charm and continues to evolve with every visit. The stunning scenery of Irida Beach, an extraordinary space away from everyday life, and the warm hospitality of everyone here helped me feel completely refreshed and recharged once again. I definitely want to come back again next year! Thank you very much for such a wonderful time.

    It was wonderful.

    It was our first time staying here, and it was amazing—direct access to the beach, clean and spacious. One night felt like a waste, so we said we’d stay two nights next time. There were places nearby within walking distance for dinner and lunch, and at night the stars were beautiful. The bathroom facilities and appliances were also modern and excellent.

    The Perfect Family Trip

    We were worried about the typhoon forecast, but luckily it cleared up and we were able to swim in the sea. The Goemon bath after fully enjoying the ocean was absolutely amazing!! It was a truly luxurious time that made us forget everyday life. At night, we could also see a beautiful starry sky, and our whole family made wonderful memories together. It was such an incredible day that we even said as a family, “Let’s definitely come back here next year!”!! We’re glad we chose a Multiple Night Stay with plenty of time. Thank you so much to the staff!! See you again next year!!

    I’ve stayed here many times!

    Ever since our first stay in 2020, we’ve worked hard all year looking forward to spending summer at Aquaholic. Is it just a few seconds to get to the beach? At night, we can enjoy a barbecue while gazing out at the sea! The Room is clean, and the manager is a truly wonderful person. We’ll keep working hard so we can continue coming back as a family!!

    It was great being right in front of the ocean. There are plenty of outdoor showers, so it was really convenient to come straight back after swimming in the sea! The Room was also very clean!

    Swimming at the beach

    It’s a great place for swimming in the sea. For barbecues, it would be ideal if charcoal could be used, but here it’s gas. The woman who seems to be the staff leader (the one who assists you at check-out) is very pleasant, and meeting her is reassuring—she’s wonderful.

    The best location with an open, airy feel

    I often visit Shimoda’s Tatadohama, but this time I stayed here at Iritahama. Perhaps because of the season, unlike Tatadohama there were no crowds on the beach, and it felt wonderfully open. Unfortunately, a strong wind advisory was in effect and the wind speed reached 9.8 m/s, with sand blowing across the shore, but we still enjoyed the jacuzzi and the Goemon-style bath. We requested a BBQ for dinner, and there was far more food than we could possibly finish. The taste was excellent as well; although it was quite windy, we thoroughly enjoyed the BBQ. Since most of the appliances were foreign-made, there were a few things we weren’t sure about at first, but clear instructions were provided and we were able to use everything without any issues. Above all, the staff member in charge was wonderful—kind and courteous—and left a very positive impression. It felt like such a waste to stay only one night; I’d love to visit again someday.

    Blessed with great w...

    Blessed with great weather, the view outside the window was exactly like the photos, and I could have watched it forever. Everything was beautifully maintained, and we were comfortable throughout. Both the building and the interior are simple yet high-quality, creating a relaxing space where you can truly unwind. Access from the Room to the sea is exceptionally easy, so it was effortless to enjoy the view indoors, take a quick walk down to the shoreline, and come right back again. We went back and forth many times with our child, but it never felt like a hassle thanks to how convenient it was. Some Vacation Rentals offer unattended check-in, but here we also enjoyed friendly, attentive conversations with the staff, which became part of our wonderful memories. We would love to visit again.

    A warm welcome and a beautiful beach just a 1-minute walk away. A place where both adults and children can truly relax.

    This is our family’s favorite Accommodation, and this was our fourth stay. The staff always welcome us with warm smiles, and it feels so much like coming home that we want to say, “We’re back.” It’s a truly relaxing place. As always, the rooms were spotless and impeccably clean, and we had another very comfortable stay. In such a quiet setting away from the city noise, the adults were able to refresh both body and mind. Above all, the beautiful beach just a short walk away is wonderful. Our 5-year-old son was thrilled again this time and fully enjoyed playing by the sea. With such warm hospitality and an outstanding environment, both adults and children can truly unwind. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

    I would love to visit again.

    From the moment of completing the reservation, we received courteous guidance, and on the day of arrival, we were warmly welcomed. The location was excellent, and we were amazed by the beautiful sandy beach and ocean view from our room. The clean room with a white and blue theme was well-maintained, and with air conditioning and floor heating, it was warm even in midwinter. We enjoyed not only the private bathroom but also the outdoor jacuzzi and Goemon bath. A variety of welcome drinks and snacks were prepared for us, and both dinner and breakfast featured plenty of fresh ingredients—so much that it was hard for four people to finish everything. If I may add some suggestions: - It would have been nice to have milk included in the breakfast set. - Having two washbasins would be convenient. - We noticed some noise from what seemed like children in a neighboring room when staying in adjacent living areas. Next time, I’d love to stay for a multiple night stay during a warmer season to enjoy barbecuing as well.

    The location, facili...

    The location, facility, and view were all excellent, making our stay very comfortable. The meals were delicious, especially the BBQ dinner (which we managed even as first-timers) that we enjoyed as a family. Additionally, when there was an issue due to my oversight, the staff responded promptly and kindly, which was a great help. Although it was only a one-night stay this time, I would love to book a multiple night stay next time. Thank you very much!

    Excellent!

    I had been eyeing this place for a while, and I finally got to visit! The building was even cuter than I imagined, and the ocean view was out of this world! They were very accommodating, the service was excellent, and it turned out to be an amazing trip! I'll definitely visit again in summer!

    A Seaside Weekend Recommended Even in Winter

    We enjoyed a relaxing weekend by the beach at Irida-hama. Soaking in the jacuzzi while watching the ocean in the evening and savoring a barbecue at night made us lose track of time. The meals provided were generous, with portions for six people for both dinner and breakfast, so it might be difficult to finish everything during a one-night stay. However, we truly appreciated the fresh and delicious ingredients prepared for us. We are considering making another Reservation for a different season!

    Enjoyable even during a typhoon

    At the end of July, although the typhoon's wind and waves made it unsuitable for swimming, the weather was great, and the view from the room was fantastic. The cooking utensils were perfectly equipped, allowing you to cook with just ingredients. The cleaning was impeccable as well. This is an accommodation I would love to visit again next year.

    Very clean and uplifting!

    The Room and the entire Facility, including the kitchen, were very clean, making our stay extremely comfortable. The interior design seemed thoughtfully curated. We appreciated the welcome chocolates and beverages, which made us feel warmly welcomed. The view exceeded our expectations! The proximity to the sea provided a truly relaxing scenery. We would love to visit again if we have the chance.

    It was excellent.

    We stayed for 2 nights as a family of four. The bathroom, bedroom, and jacuzzi were impeccably maintained and so clean that it felt like a brand-new property! The staff were kind and provided us with helpful information. It would have been nice to have an additional sofa in the living room so everyone could relax comfortably, but everything else was perfect, making our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of condiments available. The welcome drinks and snacks delighted the kids as well. We would love to come back again!

    The scenery was exac...

    The scenery was exactly as shown in the photos, and the Facility was excellent. The VILLA was meticulously maintained and thoughtfully prepared, allowing us to stay very comfortably. Amenities, home appliances, cooking utensils, furniture, and a barbecue grill were all provided. We also deeply appreciated the warm and attentive care of the staff. The breathtaking view and the sound of ocean waves were incredibly soothing.

    Before going, I thou...

    Before going, I thought the off-season sea might be cold and harsh, but all the facilities were well-equipped, and we fully enjoyed both the BBQ and jacuzzi. Above all, the manager was wonderful, and my whole family praised it as the best stay ever! We definitely want to visit again.

    There may not be many views like this.

    The view was amazing. With a perfect half-and-half view of the sea and the beach, the sound of waves from the sandy shore and the scent of flowers further stimulate the senses. I was honestly surprised to find such a paradise just a few hours from Tokyo without having to fly. I will definitely visit again!

    This is my third time using it!

    We visited again this time. Irida Beach in autumn is the best. First, we arrived at Irida Beach around noon and went to the famous pizzeria "FermenCo," which is a 3-minute walk from Aquaholic. The taste of the pizza is excellent, and the staff's service is also top-notch. After that, we played to our heart's content at the beach until check-in and then checked in at Aquaholic. At night, we enjoyed a BBQ while being soothed by the sound of the waves. We slept soundly and had a blast at the empty beach from the morning. The staff at Aquaholic took a commemorative photo of us in the garden, and after checking out, we went to "FermenCo" again. It was a quick 2-day, 1-night stay, but next time we will stay for two nights. The children couldn't stop smiling. It's an excellent facility.
