  One of the few Hotels you'll want to visit again.

  We were upgraded to a better Room, allowing us to relax unexpectedly and rejuvenate both physically and mentally. The welcome message card and Japanese sweets placed on the table in the Room, as well as the thoughtful design around the washbasin (such as towel placement), showed great attention to detail. These small touches made our stay very pleasant. As for the Facility, we especially enjoyed the waterfall bath in the onsen. It was wonderful, and we could fully enjoy our bathing time after a long while. The bath salts also had a lovely fragrance. At the front desk, although different staff members assisted us each time, everyone was kind and attentive, which gave us peace of mind. This is what matters most. The location is convenient as well. If given another opportunity, we would love to stay here again. Thank you very much for this experience!

  Thank you for your hospitality the other day. However, I have a few concerns... The staff at check-in spoke so softly that I couldn't understand what was being said. I encountered a cleaning staff member right after leaving my Room, and when I greeted them, their response was not very polite. At first, I thought they might be a foreigner, but later I was surprised to hear them chatting loudly in Japanese while taking the elevator! I stay at Hotels every month, but the staff level here is unfortunately at its lowest. It's such a good Hotel; it's truly a shame and disappointing.
