    Very spacious!

    We stayed here the night before a mountain hike. The place was very spacious, and the amenities were well stocked. There was also a convenience store just a short walk away, which was reassuring.

    【The Worst Accommodation Ever】

    The room was clearly not cleaned upon entry. In the bedroom, stink bugs were found under cushions and inside sheets. It was concerning to think about how many days it had been since the last cleaning. Due to this condition, I ended up sleeping on the living room sofa. The interior seemed amateurishly done, with many unfinished construction areas visible. There were spider webs in various parts of the room and facility, making me wonder how long it had been since any cleaning was done. The bathroom/jacuzzi was in an unacceptable state as well. The drain was clogged with stink bugs, causing water leakage into the dressing area. The shower booth appeared incomplete due to unfinished construction work. I usually book accommodations through IKYU.com for peace of mind but was disappointed that such a low-quality amateur facility could be listed there. To those managing this facility: I won’t bother saying much because listing something like this shows a lack of responsibility on your part anyway. If anything, please refund my money. This has been one of my most disappointing trips ever. Everyone should be cautious about staying here—this is a fraudulent property. That’s all.

    Unfortunately, it's raining.

    We stayed for two nights, and although it rained both days and we couldn't do many activities, the spacious Room and stone sauna made the two days fly by. Our family of five and one dog stayed in a Kitchen Suite, which had a large bathroom with a jacuzzi, two toilets, four beds, and futons in the raised tatami area where we could relax anywhere! The kitchen was well-equipped with cooking utensils and tableware. It even had salt, pepper, and olive oil. The refrigerator was standard-sized with a vegetable compartment and freezer. There was also an oven microwave. Of course, there were also a washing machine and dryer included, which helped us minimize our luggage for clothing changes! Even though it rained, we had a comfortable stay! The two days went by so quickly! The photo shows the path from Building 1 to Building 2 leading to reception.

    Pet-friendly accommodation, but...

    It was a last-minute decision to book this accommodation. While it was nice to stay with my pet, it was unfortunate that pets were not allowed out of their cages, making the space feel cramped and uncomfortable for them. I was surprised when my credit card was copied at check-in for potential charges in case of any issues. I have stayed at various pet-friendly accommodations before, but this kind of procedure was a first and left me feeling very uneasy. Although I handed over my card as requested, I felt concerned and called the front desk, where they explained that the copy would be discarded three days later if no issues arose (which made me wonder why not immediately after checkout instead). Considering the restrictions placed on pets' behavior, I felt such measures were unnecessary. Additionally, parking near the accommodation wasn’t available, which made it very inconvenient for travelers like us who had a lot of luggage coming from afar. Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant stay and left me disappointed.
