  We probably won’t visit again.

  The building and furnishings seem thoughtfully designed, and it feels like there was an original concept, but it has likely been neglected during operation. It was essentially a typical Airbnb-style whole-house rental. The hardest part was arriving in extreme heat to find the air conditioner turned off, which made check-in quite difficult. Other concerns are as follows: - Dust and dirt were noticeable throughout, especially with the bathtub and glass in the bathroom left dirty - Although the property emphasizes a “Kyoto” atmosphere, the courtyard is not maintained - The tableware and amenities feel carefully selected, but while there is a coffee grinder, there were no beans—only drip coffee packs - The local guide information is outdated

Although you kindly took interest in the space we have created—starting with the building and furniture—and had high expectations, we deeply regret that we were unable to provide a stay that met them, and we offer our sincere apologies. In particular, we sincerely apologize again for the air conditioner not being turned on upon your arrival, leaving us unable to prepare a comfortable indoor environment, as well as for inadequate cleaning in the room that caused you discomfort. We take your comments very seriously. We should have welcomed you in perfect condition so that you could stay with peace of mind and comfort, yet this was not achieved.
