Fujinokirameki Fuji Gotemba

Although the weather wasn’t great, we were able to enjoy a BBQ and a campfire thanks to the covered area. Bringing our own items was allowed, so we brought alcohol without hesitation—even glass wine glasses. We couldn’t get the jacuzzi’s automatic hot-water filling function to work properly. The staff showed us how to use the projector. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask for help—you’ll enjoy your stay even more.

This was a glamping stay with spectacular views of Mt. Fuji right in front of you.Although it’s a glamping Accommodation, the Room comes with a private toilet and shower, so you can stay comfortably.They also offer a baby crib (paid), bed rails, and a diaper trash bin, which made it reassuring even with children.They lend out badminton sets and balls as well, which was a nice bonus for family fun.Breakfast was served while enjoying the view of Mt. Fuji.Making your own egg muffin felt even tastier when cooked on the hot plate.Coffee is brewed by grinding beans on-site too, making for an extra-special morning.The BBQ dinner was very filling, and every dish was delicious.The Greek-style soup in particular stood out. There are plenty of sauces to choose from, so you won’t get bored until the end.The BBQ grill is an authentic overseas model with excellent heat output.Even if you’re not sure how to use it, the staff set everything up in advance, so it felt easy and stress-free even for first-time glamping.The campfire (optional: 1,500 yen) was also prepared by the staff, so we could enjoy it casually.All staff were very courteous, and overall it was a highly satisfying stay.One thing that concerned me was Room cleaning.It was a bit disappointing to find dust collecting on the board above the bed.Other than that, the scenery, meals, and service were all wonderful—an Accommodation I’d happily stay at again.
