Disappointed by the chlorine smell.
There are very few dog-friendly Onsen Accommodations in Tohoku, so I was grateful that a new one had opened. The Room was clean. The atmosphere is similar to Regina. However, the entire Room had a very strong chlorine smell, and the Onsen also smelled of chlorine—perhaps because it is a recirculating system. The meals were what you would expect at a typical Ryokan, but they did accommodate dislikes and allergies. The younger staff were working hard, but I was left wondering whether they had received proper training. I did not see anyone at manager level. There was a washing machine, the layout was easy to use, and the dog run is designed so paws don’t get dirty, but I noticed many areas for improvement and overall did not feel like I wanted to visit again.

An Onsen Ryokan Near Sendai Where You Can Stay with Your Dog
This Onsen Ryokan is designed for pet owners, and it was a huge help for those traveling with a dog. Not only was the staff’s hospitality excellent, but their care and attention toward our dog was also wonderful, making our stay very comfortable. The guest room was thoughtfully arranged for pet owners, and it was great to have a wide range of amenities provided. One small concern was that, perhaps because the room uses carpet, there was a slight lingering odor that seemed like urine from a previous guest’s dog. That part was disappointing. As for the meals, considering the Accommodation Fee, I would have been happier if they were a bit more substantial. Overall, I think this is an excellent option as an Onsen Ryokan where you can stay with your dog safely and with peace of mind.

The staff's service, meals, Room, and bath were all satisfying. I am amazed that such a pet-friendly Hotel exists. Thank you very much. I will visit again.

Dog-friendly Travel
We stayed as a couple with our two dogs. The room had a semi-open-air bath and a dog run, and meals were served in a spacious private dining room. The entire hotel was impeccably clean and very beautiful. Upon arrival, the staff greeted us warmly with deep bows and smiles, and even when we left for outings, they bowed until we were out of sight. Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, with stylish tableware that left us repeatedly impressed. There was also a buffet for the dogs' meals both in the morning and evening, offering only gentle options for their health. The hairdryer and hair iron provided were from ReFa, leaving our hair beautifully smooth. Everything—from the food to the hospitality to the service—was exceptional. We would love to stay here again!

I had a relaxing time.
This was our first trip to Sendai, and we visited with our beloved dog. The room was impeccably clean, reflecting the care of the staff. Everyone greeted us warmly, making us feel at ease. The meals were high-quality, beautifully presented, and delicious. Breakfast, in particular, was plentiful and satisfying! While the room's Onsen was great, having access to the main building's large public bath and enjoying free drinks and unlimited sweets in the library is a delightful service for women and children. We had a wonderfully relaxing stay overall.
