Chagokoro no Yado Warakuen

They kindly accommodated our last-minute changes to the Accommodation booking and provided attentive support, including the Shuttle Service, which made us feel truly cared for. My mother, who has stayed at many Hotels, was especially pleased—she said the Room was spotless, bright, spacious, and very comfortable, and that she would like to stay again. We also felt the hot spring water quality was better than at other Accommodations. Since it was available from early morning until late at night, we were able to bathe four times. We were also very happy that plenty of towels were provided. Due to our misunderstanding, we asked to confirm the charges, but everything was explained clearly and politely, which reassured us—thank you very much. One small request: when staying with multiple people, having only one Room key was a bit inconvenient. Next time, we would like to book a Plan that includes meals.

This was a wonderful long-established Onsen Ryokan where we could fully enjoy everything great about Ureshino Onsen! The Room had a nostalgic Japanese-style tatami-and-futon setting, with views of the river, bridge, and the Onsen town. We stayed with both dinner and breakfast included, and both meals featured delicious Saga ingredients; hot dishes were served promptly while still warm, and the quality and portions were excellent—our whole family was very satisfied. Each floor had a theme such as “flowers, birds, wind, and moon,” and even details like the artwork along the corridors conveyed heartfelt hospitality and felt truly relaxing. At the adjacent tea bar, a sommelier brews exceptionally delicious tea (one complimentary welcome drink), which made us fall in love with Ureshino tea. All staff were kind and attentive, and we also really appreciated the Shuttle Service from Ureshino-Onsen Station. We were extremely satisfied.
