Hotel Biwaddog

Although I live in the prefecture, I had wanted to stay here for a long time, and I was finally able to do so this time. It’s a dog-focused Hotel in every way, and all the staff were very friendly, so we had a truly enjoyable time. Because it was extremely hot for the season, we couldn’t use the outdoor dog run, but we still had fun using the indoor dog run and taking walks around the property. The meals were stylish and delicious, and the large public bath was not crowded, so I could relax—overall I was satisfied with everything. I can’t stay often, but it’s a Hotel I’d like to visit again if I have the chance.

This was our first time staying here. You greeted us as soon as we arrived by car, and check-in with a welcome drink was a lovely touch. The cart prepared for meals and the outstanding service made us completely satisfied. The food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. All the staff were very pleasant, and we were happy that you treated our dog like family.Our younger child’s birthday was coming up, and when we mentioned it at the time of the Reservation, you surprised us with a birthday cake for our dog—we were truly delighted.The dog run was very spacious and well maintained, and we enjoyed having it all to ourselves while our dogs ran around happily. It was a hot day, but the breeze from the lake felt wonderful, making it an unforgettable memory. We would definitely like to stay here again when we visit Lake Biwa.
