    The best accommodation for families

    This stay was with my 1-year-old grandchild. We enjoyed many first-time experiences, such as the pool and fireworks. We had Reservations for two Rooms, but both were far from the main building, and all complimentary drinks were only available in the lounge, so we couldn’t make much use of them. It would be nice if we could take them back to the Room to enjoy. The paper cups for brushing teeth are small and can’t hold a toothbrush upright, so I’d like you to provide sturdier paper cups instead.

    An Accommodation that will break your spirit.

    IKYU should reconsider promoting an Accommodation like this. I couldn’t find any other place to stay with my dog in the Izumo area, so I chose this Accommodation. However, the dinner—and the staff’s response at that time—was so disappointing it was heartbreaking. I checked the Reviews thinking, “Really?” and found that the same complaints had been posted for a long time. So it still hasn’t improved—I felt that all over again. First, about dinner: they advertise it as a buffet, but I honestly don’t think the Facility understands what a buffet is. Even though there weren’t that many guests, they had no grasp of the number of dishes, refills, or portions. It felt like they prepared enough food for only 70–80% of guests at most. I went to dinner slightly later—and there was no food left. It turned into a “first-come, first-served race” disguised as a buffet. I asked the floor staff to refill items because so many trays were empty; their replies sounded professional, but their actions were not. In the end, I couldn’t get a satisfying meal. The winners of that race will probably leave good comments; those of us in the 20% who lost will naturally leave extremely harsh ones. I raised this issue with the Hotel front desk as well, but they acted completely unconcerned and uninvolved. If even the front desk—the face of the Facility—has this attitude, there’s no hope for improvement. And given how dinner was handled, there was no reason to expect breakfast would be any better, so we inevitably canceled it too. It’s shocking that an Accommodation can still operate with such an arrogant “take-it-or-leave-it” mindset in this day and age. If you plan to stay here, make sure you win their first-come-first-served “buffet race.” I will never use it again...

    Family Trip

    We stayed here for our summer family trip to visit Aquas! The Room and Facility were clean, stylish, and relaxing. The meals were delicious, and we also appreciated the free drinks! The kids enjoyed the pool and fireworks, and at night we even saw shooting stars. We made wonderful memories!

    Excellent value for money, but the staff were disappointing.

    It was a very reasonably priced and comfortable Hotel. However, the service from the staff (part-time?) was disappointing.
