I had a comfortable stay.
The bed was soft and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast sandwiches were delicious.

Check-in was late, and the accommodation was unmanned. At first, I didn’t know where to go and got lost within the premises. After searching, I found a small sign that said "Check-in" and reached what seemed to be the front desk. I called the information number and managed to check in somehow. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom had a large bathtub and a wide washing area. However, there was no faucet for filling the bathtub with water, so I had to use the shower nozzle instead, which didn’t make sense to me. I couldn’t figure out how to set up Wi-Fi either. Checking out was also confusing as there were no clear instructions on how to do it. If it becomes unmanned at night, please provide printed materials with essential information for staying at the hotel in an easy-to-understand format. Despite various complaints, I am grateful that I could stay here when accommodations were almost unavailable in Beppu, Oita.

A very relaxing and peaceful Hotel.
We stayed here as a family of four, including my 26-year-old and 20-year-old sons and my wife, after attending the ONE OK ROCK concert. This Ryokan, with its traditional Japanese style, allowed us to relax and recover from our fatigue. The sandwiches were incredibly delicious. On our way back, we bought Jigoku Mushi Pudding as a souvenir from Kannawa Onsen. Although we checked in late, the electronic Onsen system and unmanned reception made it convenient to use without any hassle. The stone-paved streets of Kannawa Onsen also had a wonderful atmosphere.
