    Bathing with a view of Mount Yufu

    You can enjoy a view of Mount Yufu from the semi-open-air bath in the room. Although it was partially covered by clouds, it was still beautiful. The wooden parts of the room's floor showed some signs of aging, but everything seemed clean. We chose the most basic meal course and honestly didn’t expect much, but it was very delicious. The only disappointment was that only bottled beer was available; draft beer would have been a nice option.

    "Anytime as much as you like"?

    All rooms come with a semi-open-air bath, and since there is no large public bath, you can only use the room bath unless you reserve a family bath. The semi-open-air bath, which should be available "anytime as much as you like," was a cold water bath when I soaked in it at 6 AM. While standing naked in the snow feeling helpless, I quickly took a hot shower and got out; it was quite an unusual onsen trip. Upon arrival, I mistakenly placed my suitcase in the wrong room and put the basket with my chosen yukata in another room. Both were quickly exchanged since they belonged to my companion's room, but when I requested white wine through room service, they brought red wine instead. It's unfortunate because all the staff were very pleasant and the food was delicious.
