    We stayed here for a...

    We stayed here for a family trip. Since it was close to Toshogu Shrine, sightseeing was very smooth. The hospitality and service were excellent, and the bath was great, though it looked a little different from the photos on the website. The view wasn’t quite as impressive as in the pictures, but we were still very satisfied. They also let us leave our car after check-out, so we were able to visit Toshogu Shrine during that time—something you can only do at a nearby Hotel.

    During our meals, we were served by international staff. They were very courteous in serving and clearing the dishes, greeted us properly, and our family was able to enjoy our meal comfortably. The food was delicious and very filling. When the staff quickly noticed that there was a minor in our group, they promptly changed the pre-dinner drink to juice. We truly appreciated their thoughtful response. In the morning, a staff member offered us refills of rice in the ohitsu, which made it easy to ask for more.

    I had a relaxing stay.

    We booked Hoshi no Accommodation with the goal of enjoying a relaxing trip and sightseeing at Nikko Toshogu Shrine. The onsen and kaiseki meals were very satisfying. We stayed in a room on the 3rd floor, and the view of the Nikko mountain range from the window was spectacular. Unfortunately, we were so relaxed that we forgot to take photos of it.

    First-time user.

    We used this Hotel for the first time during a family trip to Nikko Toshogu Shrine. The decision was based on Reviews highlighting good access from Toshogu, as well as high ratings for the bath and meals. The location is close to Shinkyo Bus Stop and within walking distance of Toshogu Shrine. Heading towards Kanaya Hotel made it easy to find without any mistakes. We had contacted the Hotel in advance about family allergies, and the staff responded very kindly. Many of them were friendly and fluent in Japanese. The meals were plentiful, almost too much to finish, with a wide variety of alcoholic beverages available. Above all, the bath was excellent; we enjoyed not only an evening soak but also a morning bath. We will definitely use this place again if we have another opportunity!

    Dinner was excellent.

    The children's dinner was incredibly luxurious and surprising. It was so plentiful that it couldn't be finished. Experiencing fresh yuba with the family was also a wonderful highlight.

    A property that remains unchanged no matter when you visit.

    I have been using this property for a long time. At first with my parents-in-law, then when my first grandchild was one year old. This time, it was a New Year's trip with my two grandchildren, my daughter and her husband, and the six of us. Whenever we come, the onsen, the food, and the service from everyone are always kind at this stays. While it's disappointing when things change over time, I think this is a very precious property. We warmed up in the onsen, woke up early in the morning to take a walk to Rinnoji, and the whole family was very satisfied. We would like to come again in a different season. Thank you very much.
