Spacious and relaxing
Staying in the detached room allowed us to relax without worrying too much about our dog’s barking disturbing others. We also finished all of our meals—they were delicious. We are also grateful to the staff for their sincere support during a late-night incident.

Repeat Stay
We stayed with our two dogs and had a great time. We loved it so much last time that we decided to come back. However, we were very disappointed this time because the outdoor Onsen in our Room was unavailable due to plumbing issues. Although we were informed the day before, we specifically chose a pet-friendly room with an outdoor Onsen, so it was truly unfortunate. Thankfully, we could use the main public bath in the main building and still enjoy the Onsen experience. Dinner was satisfying in both menu variety and portion size, though breakfast felt a bit lacking. We look forward to visiting again for a better experience next time! Thank you!

Relax with Your Dog
A spacious Room where your dog can run around freely, it was great. There is also a dog run. The cute colored lighting at night was enjoyable. Meals are served in private rooms, allowing families to relax and spend quality time together. Although we couldn't use it due to bad weather, the open-air bath is also available for enjoyment.

Pets Allowed
It was an accommodation where pets are allowed. The male receptionist was a bit unfriendly, but the rest of the staff were all very nice. Seeing my pet's name written made me feel glad I brought them along, and the food was very delicious. Thank you very much.
