    Large Public Bath Washing Area

    The staff service and the meals were excellent. However, it was disappointing that the washing area in the large public bath was too small, causing shower water to splash into the bathtub.

    A cozy and comfortable accommodation with delicious cuisine.

    Instead of disposable slippers, they provided adorable reusable tabi-style socks, which was a nice touch. The meals were elaborate and delicious, and breakfast was served in a two-tier boxed set that left us completely full. The bath is small, but we were able to use it almost privately. The massage chair was also free of charge. There are many international visitors along the Kiso Road, and there were two other groups here as well. My husband showed a Belgian guest how to use the bath, got into an animated soccer conversation, and even sang an “Ontake-san” song—he seemed to have a great time. This is a wonderful Accommodation that was previously featured on “Before After.”

    The meals exceeded expectations and were delicious.

    This time, as it was for skiing, I intentionally chose a very simple Room, so I apologize for not being able to give a high rating. I deeply appreciate the excellent service and meals provided at a very high level. Next time, I will take my time to enjoy my stay. Thank you very much.

    Satisfied with dinner

    The river fish dinner was delicious, and we enjoyed the seasonal menu. Conveniently located near the station, making it easy to access by train. The Room was small but the private bath was relaxing.

    Bravo Chef

    Ordered a basic Kaiseki meal for two and an additional serving of Shinshu Wagyu Sukiyaki. From the appetizers to dessert, everything was thoughtfully prepared, leaving both my 90-year-old mother and me very satisfied. The female staff serving us was also delightful. Later, I checked reviews and blogs, all of which had high praise, which I completely agreed with. Additionally, my mother, who has weak eyesight and couldn't use the large public bath, enjoyed the semi-open-air bath in our room.

    The quality at this price is amazing!

    We splurged a little and stayed at a nice Hotel as a couple, with good meals and yukata. At this station, with this Facility, both the meals and yukata are excellent. I think it's worth raising the price by about 1.5 times!! If you raise the price and increase the staff's compensation, and further refine the customer service, I believe it will become a renowned Hotel representing Kiso!
