  With high hopes

  Thank you for your hospitality. We were satisfied with the Onsen and the meals. The Onsen shower head had a microbubble feature, which was great. The water temperature was just right, so we could soak for a long time. The milky-white Onsen warmed us up well. Points of concern: There was water already in the kettle in the Room, but bottled water would be preferable. In the changing room as well, I would like drinking water to be provided via something like Aqua Clara rather than from a stored tank. I am not comfortable with stored water. After 8:00 PM, there were no free drinks available after using the Onsen, and since it was hard to drink the stored tank water, I bought drinks from a vending machine instead. Since we stayed in the cheapest Room, this may be why, but it felt out of line with the Hotel rate.

  The meals were excellent.

  Unfortunately...

  The staff preparing sushi for dinner did not greet or speak, simply making the sushi. Similarly, the person making waffles at breakfast did not greet guests either. The waffles were burnt and cold, the corn soup was lukewarm, and the coffee was weak and lacked flavor. The ventilation in the men's bath was too strong, making it uncomfortably cold. There were several disappointing aspects during the stay.

  Onsen

  I enjoyed my solo trip very much and had a pleasant stay. The Onsen was particularly wonderful. As expected from a renowned hot spring source, the water quality was excellent. The meals were also enjoyable, especially with half of them served in a buffet style, making it easy to eat. Although aging is inevitable, this is such a great Facility. I truly hope it will be renovated someday!

  Relax by the lakeside.

  Located in a scenic spot by Lake Yunoko, you can easily set out for a walk around the lake. Enjoy stargazing at night, relax in the natural flowing Onsen, and unwind in clean and comfortable rooms. The changing scenery of each season adds to the charm.

  I felt a sense of effort.

  The exclusive all-you-can-drink lounge for Stays guests and the service allowing you to take desserts and drinks to your Room after dinner were much appreciated. Dinner was well thought out, with a perfect balance between the course and semi-buffet, and the tuna sushi was delicious, leading me to have seconds multiple times. The effort put into various services throughout the Facility was evident, making the experience very pleasant. The Onsen was not too hot, just right for me, allowing me to enjoy long soaks multiple times.

  In Search of Early Autumn

  I stayed at the property seeking the early autumn atmosphere. It was my first visit in 10 years, and perhaps due to the renovation, I was able to enjoy a clean room, the interior, and the large bath. I would like to see a bit of an upgrade in the quality of both dinner and breakfast.

  The staff were young...

  The staff were young, but I was impressed by their calm demeanor at both the front desk and the restaurant. The foreign staff were also very pleasant and left a good impression. The onsen was milky white, with a perfect temperature, and I was very satisfied. Dining at the restaurant with a great view was delightful, and the ice candy was a nice touch. It was great that desserts could be brought to the room. Overall, it was a property where you could enjoy the meals. The only disappointment was the noise from the room's refrigerator, which led me to unplug it at night. Additionally, I hope that all staff members can handle various card processing operations during checkout.
