    A place where the whole family gathers once a year.

    Last year, when our whole family gathered for a homecoming, we stayed here and had a wonderful experience. The meals and the Facility were excellent, and above all, the warm hospitality from the proprietress and all the staff was outstanding. We were able to spend truly memorable time with my elderly mother and uncle, our dog, and the children. We stayed in two types of Rooms: two family groups in pet-friendly Rooms, and my mother’s group in a Japanese-style Room with an open-air bath. Both Rooms were spotless, well stocked with amenities, and very comfortable. For dinner, we enjoyed Saga beef at a relaxed pace with in-room dining. The Onsen was also incredibly soothing—soft water typical of Furu-yu, pleasantly lukewarm at body temperature—along with a sauna with great views. We used to enjoy trying different places each year, but everyone agreed to return to Suginoya again this year. We would love to come back again next year as well. Thank you very much for taking such great care of us.

    A Relaxing Getaway with Your Beloved Dog, Sara

    This was our first time staying here. The Facility is on a hill, and the views were wonderful. Even though it was rainy that day, it was quiet and atmospheric, and we were able to relax. The Room was new and thoughtfully designed with dogs in mind, so our dog could play safely and comfortably. Meals could be enjoyed together with our dog, so we didn’t have to leave them feeling lonely. There were two types of baths—a lukewarm bath and a regular-temperature bath—and alternating between them helped soothe our everyday fatigue. The sauna was excellent as well. Basically, after check-in until check-out, we hardly had any interaction with other people, which was also a big plus for us. It’s an Accommodation we would definitely like to stay at again.

    Excellent

    The room, meals, and service were excellent. Every staff member we met was very polite and wonderful. With in-room dining, it felt like staying in a luxurious villa, allowing our family to relax and enjoy a truly healing time. We would love to visit again.

    I had a relaxing time.

    Thank you for taking care of us again this year, following last year. The bath was excellent, with the hot water soaking into the body. However, it was very disappointing that the sauna temperature was low. If possible, we would have appreciated it if the sauna could be preheated to a higher temperature by evening so we could enjoy a hotter experience. Other than that, the meals were delicious, and the open-air bath in our Room had wonderful hot water—absolutely perfect!

    Wonderful!

    I stayed with my friends and dog. As the name "Miharashi" suggests, the view is stunning! The weather was great, which made the surrounding scenery even more breathtaking. The Hotel staff were very kind and welcoming. Meals were served in the Room, so I could enjoy spending time with my dog throughout. The food was delicious and very satisfying. The Room was stylish and clean. I would love to stay here again!

    I was really able to relax.

    I stayed with a friend for a relaxing trip at the onsen. As the name "Miharashi no Yado" suggests, it is built on a slightly elevated area, allowing us to enjoy the view. The large public bath had both lukewarm and warm water, and by alternating between them, we felt warm and truly relaxed. We usually don't use saunas, so we didn't try it, but there was a sauna room on the terrace of the large public bath, and I thought it would be nice to "refresh" while enjoying the magnificent view. The meals were also very delicious. Of course, breakfast was also extremely tasty. However, if I could make one request, I would have liked to try the sukiyaki at dinner by grilling the first piece of meat before seasoning it with the sauce. The meat was thick, tender, and very good, so as people from Kansai, we thought, "We want to grill the first piece!" Although it was also delicious to first simmer the vegetables until soft and then add the meat as we did this time, it would be great if we could choose between the two options. Anyway, the food and onsen were excellent, making it a very good trip. I would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    Wonderful Ryokan!

    The food, the Room, and the staff's service were all excellent, and I had a pleasant stay! There was an incident, but the response afterward was very good, and I would like to use it again when I visit Saga. Thank you very much!
