    The Wi-Fi is not functioning well, which is disappointing.

    Direct access to the ski resort allowed us to fully enjoy snowboarding!

    I was traveling alone, but all the snowboarding facilities were well-equipped, and the snow quality was excellent. The natural Onsen and open-air bath were also fantastic. The building and room give an impression of being aged, but I am satisfied with the service and meals! I would like to use it again!

    Wi-Fi available...

    Although it was stated that Wi-Fi was available, it was completely inaccessible in certain areas. The room we stayed in had no connection at all, and the only places where it connected were the entrance and inside the bathtub. Moreover, the connection was unstable and unusable. My son, who thought he could take his school test at the hotel due to the advertised Wi-Fi, ended up spending about 30 minutes in the cold hallway searching for a stable connection. The room we stayed in previously did not have such connectivity issues. While I understand that connectivity may vary by location, charging the regular rate for a room with such poor Wi-Fi, despite advertising free Wi-Fi, seems questionable. It might be better to label such rooms as having issues and offer a reduced rate. The view was of the parking lot, and the Wi-Fi was unreliable... quite problematic, yet the price was still considerable. Regardless of the view, Wi-Fi is essential in this day and age, so the hotel should be aware of the conditions within the property (rooms) and take measures or inform guests in advance. I considered consulting the front desk, but I assumed it would be futile given the near-full occupancy (as we couldn't even secure a dinner reservation), so I gave up. I like the ski area itself, but the building is aging, and signs of deterioration are becoming more noticeable. With the increase in foreign guests, prices may rise in the future. If that's the case, I don't think I'll stay here again. I hope for improvements.

    Use during the New Year holidays

    Due to the busy season during the year-end and New Year holidays, meals and the Onsen were crowded. Since we had a small child, we used the room bath. However, it seemed that the room bath was not intended for use from the beginning, as when we pulled the plug, dirty grime and wastewater backflowed from the clogged drain. We almost didn't notice, and it nearly overflowed into the room. The manager cleaned it up immediately, but it was so disturbing that I couldn't sleep, fearing it would appear in my dreams. The interior was complex, and it was far from the bus stop to the check-in front desk, making it very inconvenient to climb the stairs with a small child and heavy luggage.
