    A must for Onsen lovers.

    My first time back in Kinosaki Onsen in decades. I wasn’t sure which Accommodation to choose, but “Away from the hustle and bustle” was the deciding factor. Just as the Reviews said, the food was unquestionably delicious, and the tableware and presentation were wonderful. What impressed me most was the attendant who looked after us for both days without change. She always greeted us with a smile, our conversations flowed easily, and she made us feel at home. She also answered our questions about the onsen town accurately, so we could enjoy visiting the public baths with peace of mind. Because we had to leave early for our own reasons, they prepared breakfast outside regular hours, and even drove us to the bus stop in front of Kinosaki Onsen Station. With everyone’s help at this Ryokan, we were able to start our journey home safely. I can’t thank them enough—thank you very much. Her wonderful smile is my best memory from this trip. I would love to stay again.

    Onsen Trip

    Because of the slope, this Ryokan was a bit far from the seven Onsen, and walking around inside in geta sandals was difficult. However, the two private baths were excellent, and I used them many times. The Room was clean and made for an enjoyable stay, and the meals were delicious. The young staff member in charge was kind and courteous, so I felt very comfortable throughout my stay.

    It was a truly wonderful time.

    The Room was clean, and we also received a hot spring tour ticket. The food was delicious as well. The private bath was excellent.

    We had a relaxing stay!

    The property was very clean, and we had a comfortable stay. The meals and the service were both very attentive and pleasant. They even saw us off outside when we left, which is rare, and we really appreciated it. If there were tissues and a trash bin in the Room, it would have been even more comfortable. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

    I will visit again.

    This was my second visit, and I was extremely satisfied with the meals, just like the last time. The cost performance is great, and the staff's service was pleasant.

    Please inform us in advance if you would like all meals to be cleared by 8:00 PM.

    I was very much looking forward to my visit and was enjoying my meal, but I was surprised when everything was taken away at 8 PM, as it was the rule. I asked if they could wait a little longer, but they only waited for 5 minutes. This was the first time such a thing happened with in-room dining. I don't think I eat extremely slowly. If clearing the table is a rule, shouldn't it be communicated as a top priority at check-in? I was told it was written on paper, but it didn't say anything about clearing the table. Guests pay for the accommodation, including the cost of the meals. I was very disappointed, especially since I was looking forward to staying at a Ryokan that is not inexpensive. I felt that I should be refunded for the portion that was taken away due to their circumstances.
