  Satisfaction

  The Onsen and meals were excellent. However, the staff preparing the meals seemed eager to clean up quickly, guiding us towards the post-bath service while saying "Take your time." It would have been nice if we could have stayed a bit longer to relax. This day is a precious moment for us once a year. We look forward to your hospitality again in the future.

  The food was absolut...

  The food was absolutely delicious. It was great to enjoy free drinks in a bar-like space after the meal. The complimentary massage chair was fantastic. The bath area was clean, and towels were provided, so it was convenient to stop by without returning to the Room first. Seeing illuminated art objects during a nighttime stroll was also delightful. The Room had two sinks, and it was nice that paper towels were provided in addition to tissues.

  It was excellent!

  We stayed in the special room "Kairi" for our diamond wedding anniversary trip. The view from the room was entirely of the sea and sky, and it was very beautiful, especially since the weather was clear. Both the interior of the property and the room had a sense of cleanliness, and we could relax on the massage chair and sofa, enjoying a spacious and leisurely time. The meals, both breakfast and dinner, were perfectly seasoned and delicious. The free café within the hotel had a great atmosphere, with a variety of drinks and snacks, which was very satisfying. The staff's service was excellent, and we are truly glad we stayed here. We would love to visit again if possible.
