Architectural Beauty and Friendly Hospitality
As it was the green season, I was able to stay at a great price. The spiral staircase and the beauty of the infinity Onsen were stunning, and the guest rooms were designed to offer views of Mt. Yotei. The rooms, based on ivory and gray tones, felt calm and made me want to stay longer. Most of the service was handled by international staff, who were pleasantly friendly while still polite. They will surely make this Hotel even better in its second year and beyond. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would love to return during the autumn foliage season.

It was amazing! I’d love to come again!
I love hotel stays and have stayed at many Hotels across Japan, but this Hotel was exceptional. In particular, the views of Mt. Yotei from the Room and the large public bath, as well as the sea of clouds I saw from the rooftop early in the morning, were breathtaking. It seemed there were only a few guests during my stay, so I was able to use both the fitness gym and the large public bath almost privately. The gym had Pilates machines and state-of-the-art equipment, which made working out even better. The shampoo and conditioner in the large public bath had a lovely scent and were very relaxing. I was also happy that the hair dryer was a Dyson product. Breakfast was served as a set course with a choice of Japanese or Western options. The portions were generous and everything was delicious. During my stay I caused some trouble by accident, but every staff member responded with great kindness—thank you very much. Personally, I loved the Room’s color scheme and interior design; it really lifted my mood. If I visit Niseko again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

A very lovely Hotel
I stayed for two nights. It’s a wonderful Hotel and highly recommended. The view from the open-air observation bath was breathtaking, and everything else was excellent as well! I would love to stay again if I have the opportunity. Thank you very much.

It was very enjoyable and educational.
The view was unfortunately disappointing due to bad weather, but the warm and wonderful hospitality from the staff who assisted us made us want to come back again. We would also love to stay at the other two Chalet Ivy Hotels. We learned a lot from the various conversations as well. Thank you very much.

A perfect choice—so glad you visited.
The guest room, amenities, hospitality, Onsen, Facility, and meals were all excellent. The staff service at breakfast was especially good. Both the Japanese and Western dishes reflected a high level of skill from the chef—thank you. If possible, I would be happy to have complimentary drinks such as juice and milk available at breakfast. I made a Reservation for autumn and am looking forward to it.
