    A new, clean Hotel

    The hotel has just opened, so everything is clean. More than that, the service staff were Japanese, which made us feel very comfortable and at ease. There were a few minor communication issues, but everyone around the front desk was kind and gentle, so we didn’t mind. However, considering the size of the property, I felt the large public bath and pool lounge were small. They were extremely crowded—there was often a wait for washing stations in the public bath, and at the pool lounge I repeatedly saw people unable to find seats and having no choice but to leave. There are no washing machines in the guest rooms; instead, there are two machines on only certain floors. Although we could check availability on our smartphones, they were always in use and we couldn’t find a time that worked. At dinner (half-buffet), it seemed like families with children were separated from other guests. It’s understandable for families with small children to be lively, but for our family with a university-aged child, being placed in the same area made it hard to enjoy our meal calmly. We would appreciate seating arrangements that take children’s ages into account. That said, we didn’t see a single bug in our room, so we truly felt safe and slept well. Thank you very much.

    We stayed here as a family!

    Although we live in the prefecture, we stayed here as a family to enjoy a slightly luxurious getaway that also celebrated our wedding anniversary. The Room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. With kids, you naturally end up with a lot of luggage, but there was plenty of space so it never felt cramped. The view from the balcony was wonderful, and we really enjoyed relaxing in the Room. The staff were also excellent. Our child was a bit nervous at first, but a staff member kindly spoke to them, and it was memorable to see our child smile because of that. These small gestures are truly appreciated when traveling with children. There are two pool levels—indoor and outdoor—so you can choose depending on the weather, which is reassuring in Okinawa where sudden squalls are common. The outdoor infinity pool was heated and very comfortable. The indoor pool also has a shallow kids’ pool, so even toddlers could enjoy it safely. The large public bath was great as well. Unlike the bath in the Hotel Room, it’s spacious and lets you unwind properly, which helped us relax a lot. Having a large public bath is especially nice when you’re tired from sightseeing or getting around. We were very satisfied with the dining. We used it for both dinner and breakfast; there were many dishes to choose from and everything tasted great—I ended up eating more than I should have. I think this is a great Hotel not only for visitors coming to Okinawa from outside the prefecture, but also for locals who want to treat themselves to something special close by. Especially for families with children, there were many points that made our stay comfortable—such as the staff’s hospitality, the spacious Room, and the large public bath. Even though it wasn’t far from home at all, it truly felt like we had gone on a proper trip. We’d love to stay again when we want to relax as a family. It was an extremely satisfying stay.

    It was below expectations.

    I had been looking forward to staying at this Hotel from the time I made my Reservation, but honestly it fell short of my expectations. At check-in, I was told there are pools on the 4th and 6th floors, but the changing room is only on the 4th floor. I was also advised not to walk around inside the building in a swimsuit, but there were no loungewear provided. When I called the front desk to ask what I should do, they said it would be fine to change in my Room and cover up with a towel. After confirming that, I went straight to the lounge and pool, but then it was unclear what the lounge hours were. Even though we were allowed in before opening time and staff were inside, no one spoke to us. We ended up waiting outside until opening time, but when I looked again, several guests had already gone in before then. When it finally opened and I checked what was available, it was mainly a few types of snacks and alcohol; non-alcoholic options were not very well stocked. The pool on the 6th floor has limited terrace seating for leaving belongings, so we used the lounge only briefly and didn’t use it after that. Dinner was a semi-buffet at the Hotel where you could choose either a fish dish or a meat dish (steak) as your main course. However, it was disappointing that there was no explanation of what kind of fish or meat it was, and no question about steak doneness. Overall, the food tasted good. The dessert selection felt limited. The amenity quality also felt mismatched compared with the level of the Facility and guest rooms. The bed was Serta; because it is a high-leg type bed frame/mattress setup, it felt quite firm for sleeping. Personally, I think these items would have been helpful: Loungewear for inside the building; outdoor slippers; a shoehorn; toothpaste in a tube rather than paper sachets; a clock; additional lighting at the sink area.

    We had an amazing time!

    A Resort Hotel just under an hour’s drive from home for local residents. A weekend getaway with the family to escape reality. This time, we booked a one-night stay with dinner and breakfast included. A brand-new Hotel, stylish Asian-inspired interiors, a beautiful ocean view from the Room, delicious food, wonderfully friendly staff who greeted us anytime and anywhere, and excellent amenities—everything was perfect, and my wife and child were thrilled. I’m truly glad we came. On the drive home we agreed it felt so good that one night wasn’t enough. This kind of luxury—being able to spend time like this once in a while—is nice to have. A relaxing, happy time. Highly recommended!

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    I love Okinawa and have stayed at many Hotels, and this was a truly wonderful Hotel. Since it has only just opened, I felt a bit uneasy after seeing some low-rated Reviews, but my stay was so good that I wanted to share my thoughts. Good points ◯The food is simply delicious. I had both dinner and breakfast, and everything was excellent. Dinner was a half-buffet and breakfast was a buffet; both offered a wide variety of dishes including Okinawan cuisine. The flavors were great across the board—honestly, it was so good that you might be more satisfied eating “Okinawan food” here than going out to restaurants. The fish main dish at dinner in particular was outstanding. ◯The Facilities are clean As it’s newly opened, everything is spotless. The interior design is tasteful, and the overall atmosphere is extremely comfortable. ◯Large public bath and sauna In addition to the large public bath, there is also a small sauna. I used them many times and felt very refreshed. ◯Indoor pool and outdoor pool available It’s not a large-scale Hotel, so the pools aren’t huge, but you can see the ocean from the outdoor pool, which was lovely. As mentioned above, because it isn’t a big Hotel, it’s designed as a relaxing space where you can truly take your time—and I found it very comfortable throughout my stay. It isn’t an oceanfront Accommodation, but the greenery visible from the breakfast area is beautiful and very soothing. All staff members were pleasant—not only at the front desk and restaurant, but also the international housekeeping staff. One thing to note: although this Hotel is on the west coast, you probably can’t see the sunset from your Room, so sunset lovers may want to keep that in mind. Thanks to everyone at the Hotel, I had such a relaxing time. Thank you very much.

    I’d been curious ever since it opened, and I finally visited!!! The entrance feels so luxurious. Even though it wasn’t a special occasion, it made me feel wonderful. Some Reviews mentioned the service, but check-in was handled very politely. The Southeast Asia–inspired interior matches Okinawa’s climate perfectly and really gives you an overseas vibe. The Room was amazing too— The weather was great, and I couldn’t believe how beautifully I could see the ocean’s gradient… ( ;∀;) Enjoying a welcome Orion on the terrace while it was still bright out—I’m so glad I came! Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious. The staff’s smiles were a treat as well— And all those lounge perks for free… Hotel, are you sure this is okay? Drinking wine by the pool at night became a wonderful memory. I was completely satisfied! I’ll definitely be back!!!

    It was the best I’ve had in years.

    We planned a three-night stay in Okinawa and decided to try this new Hotel. We’ve been staying in Okinawa every year for about six years. At first, I saw some not-so-good Reviews early on and wasn’t sure what to do. However, there was none of the poor service mentioned in the Reviews; instead, it felt like the staff were working together to make this new Hotel comfortable, and that really came through in their hospitality. The Room is simply huge! The moment we walked in for the first time, our whole family was amazed—“Wow, it’s so clean and spacious!” While it’s not large, the Facility includes an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a large public bath, a sauna, and a gym. We used the public bath first thing in the morning and again after coming back from the beach. We also tried the sauna and found it very comfortable. The location is in Onna Village closer to Yomitan Village—about an hour by expressway from rental car shops in Naha. It’s fairly close to the expressway exit as well, so you won’t have trouble finding places for dinner at night. The Hotel is on higher ground though, so after dinner there’s about a five-minute uphill walk—but we didn’t mind at all since it felt like good exercise after eating. I’ve stayed at many Hotels, but our entire family rated this one very highly. If we come back to Okinawa next year, we’d love to stay again. I’d be happy if you can keep up this same atmosphere.     There were far too many areas that needed improvement.

    I was looking forward to this newly opened Hotel, and I don’t want to be overly harsh, but as others have said, there are simply too many areas that need improvement. The check-in explanation felt very unprofessional. This is the first Hotel I’ve stayed at with no mirror in the bathroom. There’s also no trash bin, so you have to go to the changing area just to throw things away. There’s no clock either. I also don’t understand why the face wash is placed in the changing area. Everywhere was silent, and it didn’t feel like Okinawa at all. You’re not allowed to move around in loungewear. The Room lighting is far too dim. In the end, it was only “new and clean,” and that’s all. Isn’t there a lack of consideration for guest satisfaction? I’ve stayed at ○Yori nearby before, and the difference in service was overwhelming. It was extremely disappointing. The Hotel felt like it was being run by amateurs. I’m sorry for such a negative review, but I’m genuinely worried about whether things will be okay going forward. I also wished there were something enjoyable offered, such as a sanshin live performance or yoga classes.

    New and quiet for a relaxing stay.

    Only IKYU had less favorable Reviews, but the Reviews on other sites were excellent, so I decided to stay for three nights. In the end, the stylish new Room and Facility allowed us to enjoy a wonderfully relaxing time. It was a trip for just me and my 6-year-old son, and the clean Room with a kitchen and microwave was very convenient—we could even see fireworks at night! My child could also use the lounge freely with no time restrictions, and the property was quieter and less crowded than a typical family Resort Hotel. Many staff members were thoughtfully kind to children without being intrusive, which I really appreciated. Breakfast was delicious—especially the banana cake and French toast topped with whipped cream and fruit. Moon Beach Hotel was within a 10-minute walk, so we could use its restaurants and beach, and there was also a convenience store nearby—overall, the location was great. The kitchen did not have a sponge, dish soap, or paper towels, so I checked in advance and brought my own. It seems salt, pepper, and sugar can be borrowed. If they add Rooms with a washing machine someday, it would be perfect! I would definitely stay again.

    Excellent value for money.

    A new Hotel on Okinawa’s main island. I was very satisfied with everything—Facilities, meals, the pool, the large public bath, and the service. Being able to use the pool even outside of your stay hours is a very welcome service for families. The food was also delicious despite being a buffet. I would definitely like to stay here again.

    We were very satisfied.

    I hesitated because the Reviews weren’t very good, but I made a Reservation because the Room was spacious and the price was lower than other Hotels. When we actually visited, our family was very satisfied. Since it had just opened, the Room was clean, and the pool and lounge were not crowded, so we could use them without worrying about time. The service wasn’t overbearing—just right. During cleaning, our slippers were put away and not replaced, but when we contacted them they responded immediately. It’s a Hotel where we’d like to stay again next time. Thank you very much.

    The hardware is good, but some aspects of the software need improvement.

    As the Hotel has only just opened, I expect it will improve from here. Based on this stay, the positives and issues were as follows: Positives: Because it is newly built, the Room and Facility were clean. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and was delicious. Issues: There were far too few washing stations in the large public bath compared with the number of lockers. The bath water was too hot. There were almost no drawers in the Room, making storage difficult. Although I requested Room cleaning, it seemed unfinished (e.g., around the bed), and coffee was not replenished. Also, providing only three Nespresso capsules for two guests felt odd; at minimum, two of each type should be provided.

    I was not satisfied.

    No staff were present at the car entrance even after arriving at the Hotel. Even after entering, there was no greeting from the front desk. Also, check-in is not handled until 3:00 PM, so everyone starts checking in at once at 3:00 PM and it takes time. In addition, cleaning was not finished, and trash and a vacuum cleaner were left on the floor. I think a trash bin should be placed in the bathroom; some guests left trash there. The breakfast area was not very crowded and items were replenished as needed, which was good. Overall, this Hotel did not feel worth the price. I understand it has just opened, but I think they should at least greet guests properly.

    It might be hard to come back again.

    The location and the view from the Room were amazing! Both the lanai and the Room were spacious, and the ocean-view bath was great. However, unfortunately, the disappointing points stood out more. Areas for improvement: - Although dishes are provided in the Room, there is no sponge or dish soap for washing them. - Even though it has only recently opened, there was quite a bit of dust buildup in places such as on top of the microwave. - The tissues at the sink ran out quickly, and there were no replacements, which was inconvenient. - The lounge offers only a limited variety of light snacks. It’s the same menu every day. For guests on a Multiple Night Stay, I’d like to see some variety. It may have been due to opening so recently and still working things out, but I hope these points will be improved going forward.
