    Thank you very much.

    We stayed during the Obon holiday season with my parents and my child, and the connecting rooms gave us plenty of space to relax. The magic show was really entertaining, and my child loved it! The Facility had just been renovated, so everything was clean and we had a very comfortable stay. There was a Reproizer hair dryer in the large public bath, which was a nice touch for women. I did notice the shampoo didn’t lather as well as I expected, so I wish I had brought my own. There were many families with children, and we appreciated the welcoming atmosphere where we could enjoy ourselves without feeling self-conscious even with kids. We had a wonderful time as a family. We’d love to come again!

    I made a Reservation...

    I made a Reservation during Golden Week. Although it was before the renovation, the building did not feel significantly outdated, and the Room, bath, and dining area were all clean. It’s held irregularly, but Magician Hayato’s magic show is truly worth seeing at least once.

    Your First Kinosaki Onsen Experience

    Our family of four stayed for one night starting May 2. The location is a little away from the center of Kinosaki Onsen, but it’s about a 10-minute walk, which made it easy to stroll around and visit all the spots. The Onsen was wonderful, and we were surprised to find a high-end hair dryer. We were satisfied with both dinner and breakfast. The proprietress and all the staff were very kind, and we were able to fully enjoy our first trip to Kinosaki Onsen.

    Enjoy Kinosaki Onsen!!

    Our Room was the farthest from the elevator, which was a bit difficult for me as I had back surgery last year. However, the Shuttle Service to the public baths was attentive from check-in onward; staff even called out to us along the way and helped us onto the bus. It made for a truly pleasant stay, and we were grateful for the warmth of this Accommodation. One note regarding the person who first escorted us to our Room: we would have appreciated it if our shoes had been placed in the shoe cabinet for us. This was our first time having to put away our own shoes despite staying at many Accommodations before. We kindly ask that this be addressed through guidance from the proprietress.

    It was a wonderful Ryokan.

    The meals were delicious, and the property was very clean throughout. Many of the staff were international, but their service was very polite and attentive. It seems they are still renovating little by little, so I think it would be even better once the Room bathrooms are updated and refreshed.

    A clean Hotel with excellent service.

    The Hotel was very clean overall, which was great. We included both dinner and breakfast, and everything was delicious. However, the walls felt thin, so we could hear the TV and conversations from other rooms, which was a bit disappointing.

    The lobby had a wond...

    The lobby had a wonderful atmosphere and fragrance, and the service was very courteous. The coat worn over the hanten was warm, so we were fine even when visiting the outdoor baths at night. It was a bit disappointing that the hot plate for the Tajima beef teppanyaki at dinner was small and we couldn’t cook onions and other items thoroughly, but breakfast was excellent—the rice with raw egg was delicious.

    It was a wonderful accommodation!

    As soon as my time off was confirmed, I made a last-minute Reservation! Since it’s a retro Onsen town and many places were already fully booked, I considered staying at a long-established Ryokan, but when I searched on IKYU, this place caught my eye and I made a Reservation! The Room and baths had a very Ryokan feel, but since the building is a Hotel, I really appreciated that even as a solo guest I could choose from all Rooms! All of the staff were kind and helpful! At the dining area we were served by international staff, and their attentiveness was outstanding—I truly felt grateful! I enjoyed my meal very comfortably! The crab dishes were excellent as well—great variety and delicious flavors—and I was completely satisfied! I’m glad I chose this Accommodation! It became a wonderful memory of my trip to Kinosaki Onsen! The handwritten message in the Room, and the handwritten note on the bag of candy given to me at checkout, reminded me again what a thoughtful and lovely Accommodation this is. Thank you very much for taking such great care of me!
