    I was informed on the day of my stay about something that was not stated at the time of Reservation.

    I booked this Accommodation because it stated that the pool was free for guests, the price was reasonable, and the Reviews were good. Since I didn’t need to stay long, I chose a short stay. However, on the day I was told that pool access is only available until two hours after check-out. Because the pool opens at 10:00, if you check out at 9:00 you can only use it until 11:00. Was this written anywhere? I couldn’t find it no matter how much I looked. If that had been clearly stated, I would not have chosen a short stay. When you search “hotel name + after checkout + pool,” most hotels explain these details, but there was no information for this place at all—so I regret not calling to confirm in advance. It made me feel like the service matched the price. Because we only had one hour to use the pool, we hurried through breakfast to get to reception before 10:00, but we were told check-in for the pool would start at 10:10 due to a water quality test. We walked around nearby and returned at 10:10, but some guests had already completed registration. If registration could be done earlier, we wanted to do so as well. We were traveling with children and plan our day carefully to stay on schedule, so I was surprised by the lack of consideration in how this was handled.

    A Satisfying One-Night Stay

    A great stay after a day at Disney Resort. The Shuttle Service from Disneyland and DisneySea to the Hotel was really helpful! Even though we stayed during Golden Week, it wasn’t crowded and we had a very comfortable time. The Facility was clean overall, and the Room was stylish. The front desk staff were also kind. There were baths and a sauna as well, which was a nice bonus. Breakfast offered a satisfying selection of both Japanese and Western dishes. The kids were happy too—they enjoyed pancakes, ice cream, and more. It’s a bit farther from Disney Resort, but considering the comfort and price, I’d like to stay at this Hotel again!

    I was satisfied.

    We visited as a family, and since only “MONday” was displayed prominently, we weren’t sure if we were at the right place. When we asked the staff, they responded politely and helpfully. Also, having separate entrances for the Onsen and the dining area was convenient and made it easy to switch between settings. The food was delicious as well.

    On the last day at D...

    On the last day at Disney, we were so exhausted that we decided to stay an extra night and found this place online. While it didn’t have much of a resort feel, it was newly opened, clean, and gave us a sense of security. We stayed as a family of four in one room, and the comfort of the extra bed was very helpful. The previous night we stayed at a hotel that cost nearly three times more, but the shampoo provided here was of better quality and the amenities were thoughtful. The large public bath was refreshing for our tired bodies; however, perhaps due to timing, paper cups were overflowing and towels were piled up everywhere, which left an impression that maintenance wasn’t thorough—this part was disappointing. The reception staff seemed inexperienced but overall I think this is a convenient Hotel that will become increasingly popular in the future. It really helped us out—thank you very much!

    We would like to see improvements to the shuttle service.

    I think the shuttle bus service needs improvement. We were kept waiting at Disneyland for about an hour in cold rain. During that time, we received no updates unless we contacted you ourselves. The next day, we waited about 40 minutes at Disneyland again. When I called, I was told, “That service has been canceled due to a breakdown. The next bus departed on schedule. Are you sure you’re waiting in the right place?” We had arrived more than 10 minutes early and were waiting at the spot confirmed by the driver of the bus we had taken before. I was disappointed by a response that seemed to suggest it was our mistake.

    New and spacious Room

    I stayed at the accommodation shortly after it opened. The room was spacious and clean. Although the staff seemed a bit nervous, it was clear they were striving to provide polite service. This time, I only used the accommodation for an overnight stay, but I think it's a great hotel—comfortable, affordable, and conveniently close to Disneyland.

    The entire hotel is ...

    The entire hotel is still new and overall very clean. The room furniture was sophisticated and pleasant. There is an Onsen and a small sauna, which were nice, but the entrance to the Onsen facility is in the neighboring building, requiring guests to step outside before entering from the next building's entrance, which might cause chills during winter.
