    A stylish prince with a stunning ocean view

    A brand-new, sparkling Hotel that just opened in 2026. It’s quite a walk from the subway, so rail access isn’t great, but it’s convenient from the airport—about 15 minutes by taxi using the expressway. Note that traffic can build up near the expressway exits depending on the day and time. The location is right in front of Momochihama Beach. It has a true resort vibe, with restaurants along the waterfront and a fun atmosphere. The sidewalks are well maintained, making it easy to enjoy an uninterrupted seaside walk all the way to in front of Hilton without crossing any traffic lights. The Hotel is incredibly stylish—especially the corridors and the restaurant. The colorful carpets and wallpaper in the hallways really lift your travel mood. The restaurant was outstanding, with unique sunken sofa seating and an amazing ocean view.

    We had a wonderful holiday!

    The Facility was new, clean, and comfortable, and the staff responded flexibly to our requests. Even my usually hard-to-please husband was satisfied and said, “Nothing to complain about.” Thank you very much. I was a bit unsure about using the parking lot, so we decided not to use it this time, but it would be reassuring if we could know the parking availability in advance.

    Girls’ Trip

    On our first girls’ trip in six months, we heard that a new Prince Hotel had opened in Fukuoka and were interested. Since we all love club lounges, we decided to stay here. A lot happened during our stay, and we truly appreciate the staff’s support. Personally, I would like a wash basin in the bathroom. It was inconvenient not having a hand-washing sink in the toilet. Other than that, we were satisfied. We would be happy to stay again if we have another opportunity.

    Parking is expensive.

    The parking fee system is not good and leaves a bad impression. The view and location are very good, but the restaurant’s table and chair layout undermines the quality of the interior design. The value for money of the food and drinks is poor. The hallways are too dark and do not match the Prince brand image; they feel out of place compared with how bright it is outside. The Room is good.

    Although we live in ...

    Although we live in Fukuoka City, I stayed overnight with my mother, who is almost 102, to enjoy a little getaway. The location is amazing—right next to Fukuoka Tower, with Marizon directly in front of you. I was a bit disappointed at first because there is no large public bath, but the brand-new bathtub was very comfortable and I was completely satisfied. The Room was spacious with a stylish sofa, and the toilet was separate from the bath. The view opened out onto the vast ocean right before our eyes; the sunset was beautiful, and we went home feeling truly fulfilled. There were few guests that day, so it was quiet with no noise. The hallway carpet was soft and plush and slightly dim—probably to make the night view stand out. Two elderly women had a wonderful time.

    It was a wonderful Hotel.

    We stayed for two nights and three days with a No Meals Included Plan for two people, combining a live concert and sightseeing in Fukuoka. We initially made the Reservation because it was close to PayPay Dome, and since it had just opened, both the lobby and our Room were very clean. The Room also had an ocean view, and we were lucky to have great weather during our stay, so the scenery was wonderful. We also recommend taking a relaxing walk along the seaside in front of the Hotel. All staff members were sincere and courteous, welcoming us with smiles, which made our stay very comfortable. Thanks to them, we made great memories. If we have another chance to visit Fukuoka, we would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

    It was very comfortable.

    I heard that the Prince Hotel would be built in Momochihama, and I had been looking forward to its opening. It more than met my expectations—the simple, modern interior with warm tropical touches and the ocean-view layout really lifted my spirits. Even though it has only recently opened, everything was impeccably clean. Every space felt spotless and fresh, and I was able to relax comfortably throughout my stay. Breakfast was a half-buffet style where you can choose a main dish, and both the main and the buffet items were delicious. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t great this time, but I hope to come back on a clear day with a deep blue sky. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

    Looking forward to what’s to come.

    I was looking forward to staying here because it’s a newly opened Hotel. I’m posting this in the hope it will be helpful for future guests. (I’m originally from Fukuoka, so I know the area around the Hotel well.) If you’re coming from the airport or Hakata Station by public transportation, I recommend taking the subway to “Fujisaki.” Once you come up to street level, you’ll find “Fujisaki Bus Terminal,” where you can take a bus bound for Fukuoka Tower—this involves the least walking. After three stops, get off at “Fukuoka Tower Minamiguchi.” (From there, walk toward Fukuoka Tower and you’ll see the Hotel on your left.) The Room is new and clean, but it’s quite dark from when you get off the elevator until you reach your Room. It felt unsafe from a security standpoint due to how dark it is, so I would like them to make it brighter. Perhaps because they have only recently opened, the front desk service still feels like a work in progress. There were many group guests from overseas (Korea), and staff seemed busy handling them; unfortunately, individual guests appeared to be treated as lower priority.

    Baseball Game Viewing

    I stayed for one night starting Sat, 4/18. I live near Fukuoka City, and stayed here to coincide with a baseball game at Mizuho PayPay Dome. The dome is within walking distance, and unlike my usual trip home, it felt like a special getaway. As it has just opened, the building and rooms are of course brand new, so I had a very comfortable stay. The room was functional, and above all the view was amazing. There was no large public bath, so I rated the bath 3 stars; however, the in-room bathroom was separate from the sink area and toilet, which made it easy to use. The staff were also very kind and supportive—I’m truly grateful. This is a Hotel I’d definitely like to stay at again!

    New and clean

    Access is by taxi from the nearest station. From PayPay Dome, it was a comfortable ride for about 1,000 yen, and it even looked like a walkable distance if you really tried. Perhaps because it has just opened, the front desk check-in was slow and hesitant, with long lines—I hope this improves. That said, the Hotel is new and right by the sea, and the view from the Room was outstanding. It’s a bit away from the downtown area, so it’s not noisy or hectic. The club lounge also had an amazing view. Next time I’d like to stay again with lounge access included. However, I think even in a suite Room there should be unlimited drinking water. Despite being a fairly expensive Room rate, there was only one bottled water per person in the Room; when we ran out and asked about refills, we were told to buy more ourselves from the vending machine on the first floor, which took away some of the luxury feeling and was disappointing.

    I was soothed by the ocean view.

    I live nearby, but I stayed here because I wanted to just zone out and watch the ocean. The location is fantastic, and everything felt brand new, so I had a very comfortable stay. It’s great that every Room has an ocean view. The in-room bath was a view bath with a jacuzzi, and I also loved having a terrace even on a high floor. (It might have been even better if the chairs were a bit more relaxing.) At the club lounge, I could unwind with coffee and sparkling wine while looking out at the sea through the large windows. Lately it feels like there’s nowhere to truly relax wherever you go, so this was a lounge where I could finally take it easy again. I’ve already made my next Reservation.
