We will take care of you with the finest hospitality, ensuring you can fully relax and unwind.
I traveled to Nagasaki for a Golden Week getaway. Away from everyday life, I was able to fully enjoy a quiet, restorative retreat. The hospitality was truly exceptional—there was nothing to fault. The food was also outstanding. I thoroughly enjoyed the ingredients from Hirado, and every dish was delicious. It was my first time trying a morning sauna, and I could relax while watching the ever-changing sea view. At checkout, they even prepared drinks for our car ride home. It was my first time experiencing that kind of thoughtfulness, and I was genuinely moved. This Accommodation exceeded my expectations in every way, and I’d love to stay again.

Sincere hospitality
A comfortable space where you feel close enough to reach Hirado’s nature. The sea right in front of you changes its expression with the passing hours, and the scenery woven by nature never grows old, no matter how long you watch it. Perhaps that’s why there’s no TV in the Room—so you won’t miss these beautiful moments. One morning, after finishing a zazen experience and heading back to my Room, I saw a fisherman at work and the silhouette of his boat lit by the morning sun—it was truly breathtaking. For him it may be an everyday routine at the same time each day, but for me it became an extraordinary, once-in-a-lifetime view. It reminded me of Doppo Kunikida’s “Unforgettable People.” I was moved by how kikka is quietly arranged to let you fully savor Hirado’s magnificent nature. And then—the food! Since it was during the flounder festival season, I enjoyed flounder in many different cuts (of course, all delicious). The main dishes were outstanding as well—but what impressed me just as much were the “supporting” elements: salt, lemon, ginger, and more served alongside the mains. Each was so good that I could have eaten them on their own. These wonderful accents elevated every dish even further—I was genuinely impressed. I’m glad I resisted eating flounder elsewhere! (LOL) After speaking with the chef, it all made sense: their sincere commitment to honoring Hirado’s ingredients and conveying their natural flavors to guests really came through. That must be why even the accompaniments are so delicious! This straightforward respect for ingredients is reflected consistently in the staff’s hospitality too. Hirado’s beautiful nature, a refined building design, and honest hospitality all come together to create time that truly refreshes your heart. Thank you very much. Relaxed and comfortable.
Built on the site of the former Matsura Clan villa, this location offers stunning views. Meals are crafted using local ingredients, with a presentation and taste that reflect the chef's artistry, providing a highly satisfying dining experience. During dinner, guests can enjoy live violin performances, while mornings feature a unique zazen meditation experience led by monks from a nearby Zen temple. The handmade entertainment adds to the charm. The staff's attentive service was excellent, making me want to visit again.

Hotel, staff, and everything were excellent.
I reserved this Hotel to celebrate my parents' 60th birthday. When they returned home, they shared with sparkling eyes how everything was wonderful and how they had an amazing time, which made me truly happy knowing they enjoyed their stay. Even at the time of making the Reservation, I was impressed by the staff's thoughtfulness, and during their stay, my parents received so much care and attention. Both my parents who stayed there and I who made the Reservation were extremely satisfied and happy as a family. Next time, I would love to visit myself. - Regarding allergy accommodations: During the Reservation process, despite making a difficult request regarding meals, both the person in charge and the head chef kindly discussed it... Thanks to their efforts, my mother with dietary restrictions was able to enjoy her meal happily (she even said she ate a lot with joy!). Thank you very much for your kindness!

One of Japan's Top-Class Accommodations
The room, view, sauna, meals, staff, and meditation (Reservation) are all impeccable. I would like to visit this accommodation several times a year, and staying for just one night feels insufficient.
