It is better to think carefully before making a Reservation.

The location is excellent. The view is as shown in the photos, which will likely attract many people. I was drawn to it as well. If that's all you care about, I recommend it. However, be cautious of aspects that cannot be conveyed through photos and think carefully before making a Reservation. The foreign staff were not fluent in Japanese but worked diligently, which left a positive impression. On the other hand, the Japanese staff who drove the cart and guided us to our Room were very disappointing. Despite bumps along the way, they did not slow down or warn us about large jolts during the ride. When explaining how to use the sauna and encountering an unfamiliar remote control (see photo), I asked for help but was told "I don't know," ending there (this is not exaggerated). Even after trying myself without success and asking at reception again, where I saw the same person from earlier who showed no interest in helping further—eventually a foreign staff member explained that it was an LTECH dimmer remote control inside the sauna. During dinner service handled by Japanese staff again proved disappointing: requests forgotten leading disappointment; despite being seated within private partitioned dining space allowing pace monitoring—the serving speed felt slow overall while dishes like fish en papillote & meat arrived lukewarm akin-to-room-service quality forcing patience against leaving mid-meal visibly frustrated instead. We regret choosing this place hoping relaxation post-work fatigue recovery hence advise careful consideration completing Reservations here accordingly!
